★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS LOCATION IS WRONG. LOOK AT THE OTHER ONE.
Three stars only because I found something I liked. Buyer beware….
1. Check the bag THOROUGHLY. I bought the dreamiest yellow bucket purse and it had a stain on it. I brought it back that same day and the owner said come back tomorrow if I couldn’t remove it. I tried to remove it and nothing worked. So I brought it back. I was told by another worker that day that they couldn’t return it because it was not their store although I had my receipt. I even made her call people because I was MAD. They refused to refund me, and said I would need to pick out something else.
2. By refusing to refund me I immediately got a bad taste in my mouth about the brand… but the bad I exchanged it for (after being sent on a wild goose chase for their other store) (don’t trust the other google maps location. It’s wrong) I found a beautiful bag. I checked it (or so I thought) brought it home and part of the material is undone from the clasp. I am so disappointed.
BUT I love the bag… the customer service and quality of care is probably the worst I’ve had while purse shopping.
THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS SO BEWARE.
