Mi risponde una signora, la quale mi informa, che quel tipo di prenotazione, va fatta on line, cliccando il link specifico, che trovo nella specifica sezione di prenotazione. Faccio la prenotazione, specificando nelle note, in modo dettagliato, di cosa necessito. Tempo qualche minuto, mi arriva la conferma della prenotazione per il giorno successivo all'orario da me richiesto. Mi presento all'appuntamento, e scopro, dopo circa 5 minuti di attesa, in cui una signorina allo sportello mi guarda, ma non mi chiede nulla, che quel tipo di esame, non viene eseguito in quella struttura. Ora mi chiedo, ma cosa mi avete confermato la prenotazione, se l'esame richiesto non è eseguibile. Morale, dopo essere stato rimbalzato da uno sportello ad un altro, mi viene suggerito di chiamare il giovedì mattina successivo e provare a parlare con una Dott.ssa, che però non sanno dirmi se fa quel tipo di esame. Siete una struttura che esalta l'eccellenza in quello che fa!! Peccato che poi non manteniate quanto promettete. In particolare ci tengo a ringraziare il dottore Antonio Soldano che oltre ad essere stato competente è molto gentile e simpatico e mi ha permesso di non avere problemi in questa esperienza. ?? Un elogio inoltre al Dottor Chiappetta, che mi ha visitata molteplici volte, il dottore più preparato, competente, simpatico che abbia mai incontrato, molto umano ed empatico. Mi dicono che non sono nella lista dei prenotati e quindi non posso farlo, ma sul sito la prima data disponibile è tra 5 giorni. Allora mi chiedo l'urgenza a cosa serve? Il tampone potevano benissimo farlo anche perché non c'era gente in coda ed era tutto tranquillo. After calling with no response, I went directly to get an urgent molecular swab with referral. They tell me that I am not on the booked list and therefore I cannot do it, but on the site the first available date is in 5 days. So I ask myself what is the urgency for? The tampon could very well do it also because there were no people in the queue and it was all quiet.

Went to do my test with their lab on Monday morning, promising they could give a result within 24 hours. Plus, the prices are EXTREMELY high, paying 100+ euros for a single test. Now luggage check-in is closing, no results, laboratory does not respond to call nor to emails. I will have to delay my flight and find other solutions. catastrophic experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
