★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono ritrovato alle 22:00 di sera in piena estate con 30 gradi in casa con il climatizzatore rotto.Essendo fuori garanzia il mattino dopo ho contattato un assistenza Samsung a caso cercando su internet e nello specifico ho trovato “Save riparazioni “del Sig Davide Salvalaio.Sottolineando il fatto che avesse l’agenda piena di appuntamenti mi disse che sarebbe passato a dare un occhiata appena avesse avuto un attimo di tempo infatti dopo due ore si presento’ a casa x fare il sopralluogo.Accertatosi del problema mi disse di avere fede che in giornata sarebbe tornato con un pezzo di ricambio .Alle 19.00 di sera ormai certo di passare la notte con 30 gradi il Sig Davide mi telefono’ dicendomi che stava arrivando e arrivato in 30 minuti circa sistemo’ il problema .Sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto di questa assistenza e voglio sottolineare la professionalità e l’impegno profuso dal Sig Davide per riparare il climatizzatore ce ne fossero in giro di professionisti così!!!Per problemi con climatizzatori Samsung consiglio a tutti di contattare questo centro assistenza.
 I found myself at 22:00 in the evening in the middle of summer with 30 degrees at home with the air conditioner broken. Being out of warranty the next morning I contacted a Samsung assistance at random looking on the internet and specifically I found Mr. Davide's "Save repairs" Salvalaio.Sottolineanando the fact that he had the agenda full of appointments told me that he would go to take a look as soon as he had a moment of time in fact after two hours he showed up at home to do the inspection. faith that in the day he would come back with a spare part. At 19.00 in the evening now certain to spend the night with 30 degrees Mr. Davide telephoned me saying he was arriving and arrived in about 30 minutes I fixed the problem. I was fully satisfied of this assistance and I want to emphasize the professionalism and commitment made by Mr. Davide to repair the air conditioner there were around professionals like that !! ! For problems with Samsung air conditioners I advise everyone to contact this service center.

mi hanno detto che ci volevano 4 o 5 giorni e dopo un mese se non di più ho chiamato per sapere come erano messi e mi hanno detto che non potevamo aggiustare il cellulare
Sono andato in via piave e un giorno hanno riparato tutto
LO SCONISGLIO VIVAMENTE
they punctured my battery while they changed the screen,
they told me it would take 4 or 5 days and after a month or more I called to find out how they looked and they told me we couldn't fix the mobile
I went to via piave and one day they repaired everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti. Una settimana per avere un appuntamento, quasi due per l'intervento. Ti chiamano e decidono loro il giorno. Non ti danno neanche un orario perché per politica non prendono appuntamenti, quindi vi tocca prendervi mezza giornata di ferie e stare ad aspettare i loro comodi.
Bad customer service. A week to have an appointment, almost two for the surgery. They call you and decide the day. They don't even give you a timetable because they don't take appointments because of politics, so you have to take half a day off and wait for their comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una brutta esperienza, cosi definirei quello che mi è accaduto con l'assistenza in questione. A marzo 2018 porto a riparare un robot aspirapolvere della samsung del valore di circa 300 euro. Per la diagnosi mi chiede 15 euro più 20 di cauzione. Oggi dopo circa un anno mi presento al negozio per vedere che fine ha fatto il robot. Non è stato riparato e non mi hanno avvisato perchè non avevano trascritto correttamente il mio numero di telefono (cosi mi dicono anche se sulla ricevuto dei 20 euro il numero era corretto) inoltre mi riferiscono che la samsung non fornisce i pezzi di ricambio per questo modello e per questo non hanno potuto ripararlo. se questa è l'assistenza della samsung io sconsiglio l'acquisto dei prodotti con questo marchio.
