Dopo che Telefonicamente "mi hanno spostato" la visita di controllo, e conseguente ho dovuto spostare le mie ferie da giugno a luglio con sovrapprezzo, ho litigato perché non c'erano i numeri di accesso e dovevo andare al TOTOM a rifare l'accesso, dove ho trovato il foglio con scritto "fuori uso" sulle 3 macchine mentre le 3 impiegate di accesso e di sportello chiacchierano e cellulavano
