V	V. Milly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale pessimo è a dir poco!!! Personale infermieristico MALEDUCATO e ASSOLUTAMENTE NON COMPETENTE. Mia nonna è stata ricoverata per problemi cardiaci e dopo una settimana l'abbiamo dovuta riportare a casa perché veniva trattata malissimo. Dopo giorni senza scendere dal letto alla sua richiesta di poter fare due passi con il deambulatore, le è stato risposto di darselo in testa! MA STIAMO SCHERZANDOOO! Il cibo che le portavano non le veniva neanche aperto dalla confezione (lei ha difficoltà ad aprire le cose) quindi ha passato giorni senza mangiare. Per quanto riguarda il bagno della sua stanza, le è stato detto che non poteva utilizzarlo perché era della signora affianco, solo perché non avevano voglia di accompagnarcela. E infine il telecomando per chiamare gli infermieri era stato legato talmente in alto da non poter essere preso, tanto che mia nonna doveva chiedere alla signora del letto vicino di suonare il suo per lei. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO DI PORTARCI I PROPRI CARI. VERGOGNA!!! Bad hospital is to say the least !!! RUDE and ABSOLUTELY NOT COMPETENT nursing staff. My grandmother was hospitalized for heart problems and after a week we had to take her home because she was being treated very badly. After days without getting out of bed at her request to be able to take a walk with the walker, she was told to give it to her head! BUT WE ARE KIDDING! The food they brought her wasn't even unpacked (she has a hard time opening things) so she went days without eating. As for the bathroom in her room, she was told that she couldn't use it because it belonged to the lady next door, just because they didn't want to accompany her. And finally, the remote control to call the nurses was tied so high that it could not be taken, so much so that my grandmother had to ask the lady in the next bed to play hers for her. BAD EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR LOVED ONES. SHAME!!!

Appena giunti fatto il tampone ed un attesa di 45 minuti per l esito, dopo di ché per ben 4 ore anziana di 84 anni malata ma perfettamente lucida lasciata su una sedia senza sottoporla ad alcun accertamento e allo stesso modo dimessa. Per non parlare di un ora buca nell attesa del cambio turno del medico, quindi in caso di emergenza chi c è? Quando riportato nella cartella clinica è di dubbia veridicità. Nulla di quanto riportato è stato eseguito. Inoltre commento allucinante del paramedico durante il trasporto in ambulanza "signora l ambulanza non è un taxi la prossima volta si faccia accompagnare". A costo di prendere un ambulanza privata NON andate in questo ospedale. Ps. Pronto soccorso deserto, a cosa è stata dovuta l attesa di 4 ore se nulla ostava e nulla è stato fatto? D	Dat Natura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale incompetenza, sia medica che infermieristica. Pronto Soccorso inutile, come se non esistesse. Il medico neanche visita, non saluta, non parla. Struttura inutile se non dannosa. Da evitare. Se il 118 vi dice che vi porta a Monterotondo, rifiutate e fate valere i vostri dititti. Propongo la chiusura di una struttura costosa che non funziona. EVITATELO. Total incompetence, both medical and nursing. First aid useless, as if it didn't exist. The doctor doesn't even visit, doesn't say hello, doesn't speak. Useless if not harmful structure. To be avoided. If 118 tells you that it takes you to Monterotondo, refuse and assert your rights. I propose the closure of an expensive facility that is not working. AVOID IT.
s	savino antonacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato portato da una ambulanza per calcoli alla cistifellea, il dottore mi ha visitato dopo un'ora e quarantacinque , i miei sintomi erano uguali a quelli di un infarto, ma fortuna per me mi devo operare per calcoli alla cistifellea: complimenti! F	Fabrizio Pavoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riguardo alle analisi del sangue l'ospedale manca totalmente di organizzazione: non avviene l'assegnazione dei numeri di fila, ci si mette in ordine alla meno peggio ma poi quando arriva l'infermiera/operatrice alle 7.30, urla dall'interno del cancello i tipi di analisi e assegna i numeri: di conseguenza cominciano assembramenti, la gente si accalca e ogni fila viene rotta. Ecco che i furbetti superano tutti e tu che aspettavi dall'alba le analisi non te le fai perché accettano massimo 50 persone. Mi dispiace ma questo caos è inaccettabile, in particolare in questo periodo di pandemia. Pessima organizzazione, zero professionalità da parte di tutti, anche la guardia giurata. Se la struttura ha poco personale e messo male, o decidono di riorganizzare la struttura ed incrementare, altrimenti la chiudono, facendo comunque un danno alla popolazione. Zero, dovevo sentire mia moglie che mi ha consigliato di fare qualche km in più, ma trovare una struttura più organizzata. I can't put zero stars, but they deserve it all. Sono arrivata verso le 9 quando i numeretti erano già finiti però sono stata accolta con tanta gentilezza dalla signora all’entrata (una signora piccola , bionda con i capelli ricci) che mi ha fatto entrare lo stesso. Gentilissima e precisissima anche la signora allo sportello (erano tantissime analisi da inserire). Per non parlare della bravura delle infermiere che fanno i prelievi. Sono semplicemente terrorizzata dai prelievi invece mi hanno fatto passare l’ansia …. La ragazza che ha effettuato il prelievo era giovanissima ma di una bravura unica!!
