Per mio figlio di 8 anni Ho utilizzato i servizi di pronto soccorso e posso certificare preparazione e velocità. New structure, or at least recently revisited. Friendly and well organized staff. For my 8 year old son I have used the emergency services and can certify preparedness and speed.

Pozdrawiamy i dziękujemy lekarzom, szczególnie z oddziału pediatrii. Very good hospital and doctors. They took care of our little daughter brought by ambulance at night. Everything ended well. Greetings and thank you to doctors, especially from the pediatric department.

Non mi soffermo sulle qualità tecniche, a mio avviso importanti, ma sulla umanità Vs il paziente, la passione Vs il proprio lavoro... doti che fanno la differenza!!! Grazie DOTTOR MORETTI!!! Doctor Moretti was a point of reference for our family who, being from Florence, had no daily contact with the family. I do not dwell on the technical qualities, which in my opinion are important, but on humanity Vs the patient, the passion Vs your work ... qualities that make the difference !!! Thanks DOCTOR MORETTI !!!
E	Ernst Gerg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr hilfsbereit trotz großer Sprachbarriere. Ich war mit meiner Tochter dort. Das Personal spricht italienisch und nur kaum englisch. Meine eigenen englisch Kenntnisse sind auch dürftig. Aber uns wurde von Anfang bis Ende geholfen. Bei uns war wenig los und wir hatten eigentlich keine Wartezeit. Die Damen in der Notaufnahme wahren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch die Behandlung war gut und alles hat ein gutes Ende genommen. Very helpful despite a large language barrier. I was there with my daughter. The staff speaks Italian and hardly any English. My own knowledge of English is also poor. But we were helped from start to finish. There wasn't much going on here and we didn't really have to wait. The ladies in the emergency room were very nice and helpful, the treatment was good and everything ended well.

Chiedendo informazioni alle 12n30 alla povera ragazza dell accoglienza, tra l altro gentilissima e che ho saputo poi essere del servizio civile, mi riferisce che è in attesa per via della radiologia Ma ancora non c è la richiesta. Poi invece mi dicono che lanrichiesta c è ma.mia figlia non è stata visitata da nessun medico. La guardia giurata si intromette dicendo che le radiografie vengono richieste anche senza visita...assurdo!!!!... noto disorganizzazione e tensione in tutto il personale che comunque al pronto soccorso si lamentava appunto del modo in cui sono costretti a lavorare .. penso ci sia bisogno di maggior coordinazione da parte di chi comanda e non demandare ai singoli operatori, di ogni ruolo ,ogni tipo di improvvisazione.! Mi è stata negata con la giustificazione che il paziente deve essere collaborativo, quando in realtà sono stata sottoposta a dolore e ansia. Bad experience for a gastroscopy performed without conscious sedation or spray, despite having requested it. I was denied with the justification that the patient must be cooperative, when in reality I was subjected to pain and anxiety.
A	Alessandro Galigani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo la vita a questa struttura che mi ha rianimato dopo un arresto cardiaco di oltre 30 minuti a causa di un coagulo di sangue alla coronaria sx. Dopo avermi stabilizzato mi hanno trasferito a Grosseto per fare angioplastica dove non sarei arrivato vivo se non avessero fatto un lavoro eccezionale al P.S. di Villamarina. I owe my life to this facility that revived me after a cardiac arrest of over 30 minutes due to a blood clot in the left coronary. After stabilizing me they moved me to Grosseto to do angioplasty where I would not have arrived alive if they had not done an exceptional job at the P.S. of Villamarina.
