I had my first experience in the emergency room and I was positively impressed by the kindness of the people who took care of me, in particular by Dr. Coppola and the nurse who was with her, as well as by the admission nurse who performed the first checks. Unique in the very low temperature not suitable for those who have to stay there for many hours and the many hours of waiting that perhaps could have been reduced at least a little by inserting a white code every few codes of other colors.

E come ultima cosa, come si dice negli Stati Uniti, “Thank you will never be enough.” ?❤️
Yesterday I went to the emergency room for a rather urgent visit after being seen by a doctor from "Eretenia Nursing Home." Initially I was quickly examined by a doctor on duty and then around 20.00 after the doctor change I was seen by Dr. Culiqi and that's why I decided to make this super positive review for him. The doctor was in fact the best I have ever seen in the emergency room of Vicenza in terms of professionalism, patience, knowledge of his profession, humanity, empathy, kindness, friendliness, cordiality and passion for his work. I say this because as soon as he made me return to his clinic where I had been previously seen, he visited me again from the beginning to understand the situation "ex novo", something that never happened during my past and previous visits to the emergency room. But the thing that really made me appreciate Dr. Culiqi is that he let me speak without judging the fact that I had so many things to say starting from the symptoms and he gave me a whole series of specific tests that the previous doctor did not. had made do. All this makes Dr. Culiqi a unique doctor and a "rare pearl" to be found nowadays, and in fact I even asked him if he had also practiced the profession of "general practitioner" because I would certainly have moved to him in the in case it was possible. So, after my experience with this wonderful doctor, I can certainly say that doctors like him are a "category" to be protected, praised and promoted to tasks that are perhaps even more important because they help make yours and our hospital in Vicenza the "Top notch ”of Veneto and also of Italy. I therefore hope that with this positive review of mine, Dr. Culiqi is able to reach a prominent position, as he deserves, in the emergency room, and I also sincerely wish him to become primary one day as he certainly has the characteristics, the talent, skills and as they say "the stuff" to do it. And lastly, as they say in the United States, "Thank you will never be enough." A heartfelt thanks therefore goes to Dr. Culiqi and also to the nurse on duty with him, whose name unfortunately I do not know, who was equally kind, professional and competent. And lastly, I hope that this review will also be sent to the doctor and nurse in question because they deserve at least some personal satisfaction considering how difficult their job is, especially in this very particular historical period. So, heartfelt thanks again to this phenomenal doctor and to all of San Bortolo. ?❤️

Keep trying the number and no one answers. Is 15 rings not enough? To give the benefit of the doubt I tried calling 5 time at 10 minutes apart. Wanted to visit for.sick child but if I can't reach you on a phone then the in house service is probably much worse

What a terrible hospital. The staff are rude and snarky. Horrible wait times for emergency. I was there from 2 to 9 for consults. What a joke hospital.
