β β β β β Excellent service! My wife fell and fractured her hand. The doctor took care of her immediately kept her for six hours for observation because of bump on her head. The next morning orthopedic dr put hand in cast it took 17mins From time we got there until he finished Amazing! And the service was free. I cannot believe it This would have cost thousands of dollars back home in Florida. Doctors and staff were great!

β β β β β The worst service ever !
I had a painful disease on my trip and wanted to get an antiviral medicine ASAP. But I had to wait for 8 hours to get only a prescription although I complained of severe pain several times. All the nurses at the reception area are unfriendly and racist towards Asians. I strongly recommend not to visit the hospital if you are not an Italian.

β β β β β Went into emergency, hospital staff were simply exceptional. Diego (the nurse) was extremely kind and the Doctors were nothing short of amazing! could not speak more highly of our experience in emergency. Thanks to all for getting us on our flight back to Australia. Your work does not go unnoticed!

β β β β β Excellent service. I was tourist to Milan and unluckily had a health problem. Suggested by the drugstore since it was just 1 station from centrale, I got there and very surprised by the services that I've had in this hospital. The nurses, doctors were so nice and kindly gave me advices, instructions that helped me to continue the trip to Firenze the very next day !
And as I was told by the doctor, this establishment is totally free for both Italian and non-Italian people !

β β β β β Let's talk about the "beautiful things" happened to us (one of my friends was sick and was assigned green code, then changed to yellow code):
- 15 minutes to being accepted because the person who was there was doing other things (and he has seen us before, but maybe our case was not considered so much important if he made us waiting for 15 minutes)... Also two other ones in the reception were doing other things and even laughing between themselves without a minimum of respect;
- a member of medical staff has given my friend a medicine. We went to the pharmacy go buy this medicine and discovered it is no longer sold (!!!) . We phoned back the doctor and he told us something like "sorry but I have other things to do" and ended the call.
PLEASE, TELL ME ANOTHER TIME PEOPLE GET DEGREES BECAUSE THEY REALLY DESERVE THEM.
Simply incompetent... And I am sorry to write this review, because I'm sure there are also very valid staff members inside this hospital... But our experience was simply horrible.
