★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio Seiko prospex per una piccola riparazione e me lo hanno restituito con la cassa piena di polvere e sporciziia ed il vetro interno con segni di ditate.
I brought my Seiko prospex for a small repair and they returned it to me with the case full of dust and dirt and the internal glass with signs of fingerprints.

Senza dirmi niente prima, a batteria sostituita (tempo impiegato 20 minuti...) mi dicono che non possono più garantirmi l'impermeabilizzazione dell'orologio. Mi vedo costretto a pagare altri 8 euro x fare la verifica di impermeabilizzazione fortunatamente (x loro) positiva. Anche scortesi.
Bad service. Porto Casio diver for battery change. Without telling me anything before, with the battery replaced (time taken 20 minutes ...) they tell me that they can no longer guarantee the waterproofing of the watch. I am forced to pay another 8 euros x to make the verification of waterproofing fortunately (x them) positive. Even rude.
