★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho provato ad accedere al sito web della prefettura e non ci sono riuscita per un'intera mattinata , provando dal sito del Ministero degli interni o direttamente dagli altri link presenti nei motori di ricerca. La prefettura di ROma non è accessibile online e non si hanno informazioni utili per riuscire ad ottenere informazioni.
 I tried to access the prefecture's website and I couldn't do it for a whole morning, trying from the Ministry of the Interior website or directly from the other links in the search engines. The prefecture of Rome is not accessible online and there is no useful information to be able to obtain information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso! Ho un problema urgente da risolvere e sono 3 giorni che chiamo. Che razza di servizio è? Solo una volta mi ha risposto un ragazzo (anche scortese) e che mi ha messo nuovamente in attesa. Dopo pochi secondi è caduta la linea.
Inutile dire che ho mandato anche una PEC (a 3 diverse mail trovate sul sito) e non ho ricevuto risposta.
Vergognoso.
Shameful! I have an urgent problem to resolve and have been calling for 3 days. What kind of service is that? Only once did a guy answer me (even rude) and put me on hold again. After a few seconds the line went out.
Needless to say, I also sent a PEC (to 3 different emails found on the site) and I have not received a reply.
Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il dipartimento di legalizzazione di documenti, sono gentilissimi e la cooperazione è ottima. Per via telefono è un po' difficile trovare una linea, però tramite email rispondono subito. La procedura si è conclusa entro un giorno e sono stata informata in continuo da parte loro.
4 stelle e non 5 solo per la difficoltà di raggiungerli per via telefono.
As for the document legalization department, they are very kind and cooperation is great. By phone it is a bit difficult to find a line, but by email they answer immediately. The procedure was completed within one day and I was continuously informed by them.
4 stars and not 5 only for the difficulty of reaching them by phone.
