★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza di comunicazione col cliente e cura di esso e dei propri desideri...iniziative promesse sulla loro pagina FB e poi alla fine mai realizzate...indicazioni di disponibilità del prodotto solo con chi si reca in loco....e poi poco dopo tempo gli stessi prodotti riproposti per l’evento in loro rimessi disponibili on-line...Non la consiglio per il prodotto Trollbeads o per chi compra on line...spero che di persona si comportino meglio...
Bad experience in communicating with the customer and taking care of them and their desires ... initiatives promised on their FB page and then in the end never realized ... indications of product availability only with those who go on site .... and then shortly after time the same products proposed for the event in their remittances available online ... I do not recommend it for the Trollbeads product or for those who buy online ... I hope they behave better in person ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: ho portato un orologio d'oro di mio padre affinché cambiassero la batteria. Glielo hanno restituito ROTTO, incartato in una busta di carta. Era stato richiuso con del nastro adesivo trasparente, perché gli si era rotto mentre cambiavano la batteria. La titolare, nonostante avesse torto, mi ha aggredita. Ha cambiato i toni quando le ho detto che avrei sporto denuncia. Alla fine non sono stati in grado di aggiustarlo, e non hanno nemmeno chiesto scusa. Non ci tornerò mai più. Sconsigliatissimo!!!!!!
Bad experience: I brought my father's gold watch to change the battery. They returned it to him BROKEN, wrapped in a paper envelope. It had been closed with clear tape, because it broke while they changed the battery. The owner, despite being wrong, attacked me. She changed the tone when I told her I was going to file a complaint. In the end they weren't able to fix it, and they didn't even apologize. I will never go back. Not recommended !!!!!!
