I bastoni tra le ruote ti mettono su tutto. Corporate experience with them to forget, they all run away so at least they close the agency, so much is missing. Risposta: no non è possibile al massimo revoca il bonifico, attende che torni la disponibilità del denaro (IL MIO OGGETTO DI BONIFICO ANNULLATO) e poi viene in sede per predisporre un pagamento veloce. Esito: cliente insoddisfatto, servizio pessimo, impossibilità di fare operazioni on line ed alla prima esigenza da cliente un bel 2 di picche! Quando chiuderanno tutte queste filiali inutili? PS quando lo faranno...a breve, lasceranno per strada poveri lavoratori con competenze nulle (utilizzo di applicativi proprietari e quindi non rivendibili sul mercato). Non rispondono mai !!! puoi anche telefonare ininterrottamente tutto il giorno per tutti i giorni e inviare mail... Nessuno le leggerà o risponderà al telefono.... (Ovviamente ho le prove di quello che scrivo) Quando sei fortunato e rispondono.... rare eccezioni... Frasi di circostanza. "Il direttore non c'è", "non si preoccupi le faremo sapere", "provi a richiamare domani"... Does he need you ??? 10 million calls and 15 million emails in one day .... Do you need something ???
