Sfortunatamente mi sono imbattuto in un impiegato incapace e svogliato che non è stato in grado, o non ha voluto, espletare la procedura di un rimborso che mi spettava di alcune tasse. Per dieci minuti ha cliccato al computer non so cosa e mi ha comunicato l'inesistenza di questo rimborso. Recatomi presso un altra sede il secondo impiegato, dopo aver fatto alcune chiamate di controllo, ha espletato la procedura senza alcun problema. Credo di non potermi più recare presso la sede di via Vittorio, non posso perdere la mattinata per qualcuno che è incapace. This morning I had an unpleasant experience at the headquarters in via Vittorio Emanuele in Rome. Unfortunately, I came across an incompetent and listless employee who was unable, or unwilling, to go through the process of a refund that was due to me of some taxes. For ten minutes he clicked on the computer I don't know what and told me that this refund did not exist. When the second employee went to another office, after making some control calls, he completed the procedure without any problems. I think I can no longer go to the headquarters in via Vittorio, I cannot lose the morning for someone who is incapable.
E	Egi “Pinky” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ex Ubi Banca ora Intesa Sanpaolo, ci hanno dato 2 app.ti in sede ed arrivati lì ci hanno detto che non ci potevano assistere quindi ci hanno dato un terzo appuntamento!? Speriamo bene?! Sono state due esperienze davvero spiacevoli nei confronti di una signora anziana, mia Madre. Inoltre, quando chiami magari per avere conferma NON rispondono neanche al telefono!!! Former Ubi Banca now Intesa Sanpaolo, they gave us 2 apartments in the office and when we arrived there they told us that they could not attend us so they gave us a third appointment !? We hope well?! There were two really unpleasant experiences towards an elderly lady, my Mother. Also, when you call maybe for confirmation they DON'T even answer the phone !!!
