Il cartellino dice un prezzo e alla cassa quando sparano il codice a barre ne esce uno più alto!
Poi nn effettuano ne resi e ne buoni da poter spendere in un largo arco di tempo. Una volta pagato e all uscita ci si accorge dell errore(da parte loro) dicono di fare il cambio al momento o entro un mese e se ne sbattono che avete pagato diversamente da come avevate fatto i conti. Inoltre quando ho fatto presente l'errore hanno strappato subito il prezzo dal cartellino.

The card says a price and a higher one comes out at the cash desk when they shoot the bar code!
Then they make no returns and no good ones they can spend over a long period of time. Once paid and at the exit you notice the error (on their part) they say to make the change at the moment or within a month and if they slam it you have paid differently from how you had done the accounts. Also when I pointed out the error they immediately ripped the price off the tag.

Ho acquistato diversi prodotti chiedendo scontrini e pagamenti separati e dopo mille polemiche sono stata " accontentata" solo dopo che lei ha chiamato il responsabile, esposto in modo seccato la questione, accampato mille scuse (che le bloccavo la cassa a furia di fare scontrini , che c era gente quando il negozio ore 16 era vuoto)
Non esiste proprio un trattamento del genere( sbuffava, sbatteva carta di credito sulla cassa, e altri comportamenti poco adatti verso una cliente)
So per certo che è capitato anche ad altre persone.
Spenderò altrove i miei soldi e metterò in guardia amici e conoscenti esortandoli a fare lo stesso.
Nb: il responsabile ( o almeno colui che si è presentato tale) è stato gentile, mi ha dato ragione , stando al suo posto e rendendosi disponibile a darmi anche shopper singoli e chiudipacco per ogni articolo acquistato)
Little kindness of the shop assistant.
I bought several products asking for separate receipts and payments and after a thousand controversies I was "satisfied" only after she called the manager, exposed the matter in an annoyed way, made a thousand excuses (that I blocked the cashier by dint of making receipts, which there were people when the shop was empty at 4 pm)
There is just no such treatment (snorting, slamming credit card on the cashier, and other inappropriate behavior towards a customer)
I know for a fact that it has happened to other people too.
I will spend my money elsewhere and will warn friends and acquaintances by urging them to do the same.
Nb: the manager (or at least the one who presented himself as such) was kind, he agreed with me, staying in his place and making himself available to give me also single shoppers and gift tags for each item purchased)
