β β β β β Avoid this place! My wife was charged 15 euro for just ironing 2 simple dresses without washing. This is incredibly despicable and disgusting considering the average price of 2-4 euros for washing and ironing a men's shirt in Rome.

β β β β β Avoid this. The guy wanted to charge me β¬20 for washing + dryer, even tho each service is β¬4. I needed two washing and one dryer so in total would have been β¬12. When I asked how we ended up from β¬12 to β¬20 he said that for the soap was β¬2! Still not sure how he was doing math in his mind I just left.

β β β β β Tourists beware!! Charged 85 euros for four small plastic grocery bags of laundry. Madness. Said they donβt take credit cards but when all the atms were down they magically took a card.

β β β β β Not very self service, at least by the definition I am used to. I loaded my clothes but they took care of everything else. Machines are small so be prepared to divide your load. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The clothes came out clean and smelling very nice. They even folded my clothes and place them back in the carrier I brought them in.
I don't know competitive pricing in Rome. I did the same load in Naples for 8β¬ less but had to fold me own clothes and it took longer. It also claimed self-service but they handled everything but the folding.

β β β β β Walked in and I thought it was a self service laundromat but the employees quickly took advantage of my lack of Italian and grabbed my laundry and insisted that they would clean and fold it for me. They said my 3 small bags of laundry would be very cheap and to not worry about it.
While they do clean clothes here, I came back to pick it up and they wanted to charge $65 euros because they folded and washed my clothes!!! It was ridiculous. He then said he didnβt accept credit cards because he wanted to avoid the fees and made me walk around at night while it was raining looking for an ATM. After I told him I couldnβt find one he then pulled out a credit card machine in great condition and took my payment of $55 after he complained and made me feel like I was taking away all his profits by negotiating down at all.
Totally tried to take advantage of me and it was super lame haha

β β β β β Never come back again. He didn't even give us a chance to do self-service. When I was reading the instructions to see how it works after having put the clothes in machine, he turned on the machine without demanding us. Then he said 20 euros (for 3kgs)... For sure he said that he would fold cloths, that's nice and maybe it's the price (expensive I see). Put I want the self-service!!! Moreover, some of our clothes were lost when we double checked at home.
