Risultato abbastanza buono considerando quanto si fosse sporcato con fango e pioggia l'abito della sposa, che era preoccupatissima per l'esito del lavaggio. È rimasta abbastanza soddisfatta di come sia venuto. Molto cortese il personale e il signore che ha riconsegnato a domicilio il vestito. Ma per me non è andato bene il servizio perché per ben due volte ho riportato il mio coprimaterasso non sono riusciti a mandare via la macchia... e siccome insistevo se provavano con qualche prodotto specifico per smacchiare... mi hanno risposto: ricompratelo nuovo... o beh.. io gli ho risposto: ho pagato 25€ per non trovare la macchia e poi non mi è possibile ricomprare nuovo in quanto quel coprimaterasso è stato fatto su misura. Poi hanno una impiegata proprio maleducata. Ho provato a convincere mia madre di non andare da loro ma lei si trova bene lì.. si vede che per alcune cose lavano bene.. bah! G	Greta Esse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza ho portato un woolrich con pellicce staccabili sia al cappuccio che ai polsini, la dipendete per lo più maleducata mi ha detto che le pellicce non le avrebbe lavate poi si è trovato a passare il titolare vedendo la scena mi ha detto che con €6 in più li avrebbe portate al laboratorio specifico in pelliccia. Il ritiro sarebbe stato il venerdì seguente e recandomi lì il giorno fissato il giubbotto ancora non era pronto. Tornata il giorno dopo il giubbotto era pronto ma delle tre pellicce non c’era traccia., dopo svariati minuti ritrovano i polsini ed il cappuccio nella cesta delle cose da lavare a secco!! Serietà pari a 0!!! Un giubbotto di 600€ che solitamente da una lavanderia dovrebbero consegnartelo profumato, il mio puzza più di prima! Se gli scelga bene i dipendenti nn si tratta così un cliente buona serata!!! E la spilla levatela la prossima volta ma è condizione? E non mi dire che non è la stessa spilla mo che la levo e rimane il buco cosa dobbiamo fare? La proprietaria è stata maleducata e si è comportata malissimo, accusando me di aver sporcato il vestito (ma il vestito era nuovo!!- Appena comprato-) gridandomi addosso e non rispondendo alle mie domande. Comportamento vergognoso. In definitiva il tessuto e il colore del vestito non sono più come prima, e io non metterò mai più piede qui dentro perché non ho alcuna fiducia. Sconsigliato. They ruined a white dress for me. I wore it twice and each time it came back with a new stain. A	Anton Samojlow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual service, usual prices, nothing special BUT they staple little paper labels to your clothes!!! I tried to remove the staples very carefully, but my shirts were damaged - most of them have holes in the tissue at the neck. I can not recommend this.
