★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware! google says the hours are 9am to 7 pm But today (Saturday) they were just opening at 9:30am and she said they would be closing today at noon, and would be closed Sunday. Otherwise: friendly staff, good English. One load washed and dried and folded was 20 euros. We were able to pick up within a few hours but I’d recommend giving them a full business day if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best lavandaria in Rome. Been to Rome a few times now and love these guys. Friendly, good service, good prices. Easy-drop off the bag and pick it up washed and folded next day. They even separated things out by white/darks. Said they could’ve done same day if we had dropped off a little earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were visiting Rome after two weeks of visiting other cities and we need to get our clothes clean. This place was close to our hotel. We drop a suitcase full of clothes. Our clothes were clean and folded from one day to another (we weren’t in a rush). They charged us 25 euros. ??. Nice service and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not self-service. The person who serves you is very nice but the price could be lower for what it is worth. They do fold your clothes which is nice of them however there is less consideration for sensitive clothes because they dry it with a lot of heat and even your normal clothes shrinks more than you imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. They fit us in right at the last minute on a Monday and got the washing done by that day, which was great as it was the only chance we had to do it. They let us do our own washing as we were pedantic about temperature etc, they put the clothes in the dryer for us as requested and it was all folded up completely dry and ready to collect when it was done. Good bang for buck too - a huge 18kg industrial size washer fit two peoples worth of coloured clothing in.

We didn't use the service however, as our clothes could not be tumble dried, as they would shrink.
However, if this isn't a problem for you, definitely use this service.
€15 for a bag of laundry (we had about 31 items including 7 pairs of socks).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that I experienced the price of it, and saw the comments from the owners saying 10kg of clothes cost 20€ I felt cheated. I went there with less than 10kg of clothes and they charge me 35€.
If you are a tourist, don’t try to go there. Cause when you hear the price after a long walk under the sun in summer time, you would say yes to anything, and then feel cheated like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in Rome on 4/28 from Florence. We went straight here with about a week's worth of clothing. We were greeted by a nice and charming man, Remo or Rimo. We gave him our clothes and he said it would be done the following day (Friday) at 500 PM. When we got our clothes the next day, we made a mistake about not checking it right there and then. When my wife checked it that evening, we were missing about 4 pairs of socks, 5 pairs of underwear, and about 2 blouses. We called Saturday with the help of a tour guide, Remo said he remembered us and to come back. We went and he failed to tell us he was closing shortly after we called. We came back on Monday and he handed us a bag with an additional blouse and a pair of socks. Still missing a blouse and some socks, and underwear. While the clothes we got were clean, my wife's blouse and pants had different stains and holes on them that had to be thrown away. We went back a third time to talk to Remo and he just said, "that if i find them, I'll send them to your hotel." That never happened with no follow up and no compensation. I CANNOT support or recommend this business.
