M	Matteo Polleschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo tutto quanto scritto sopra: - contratto da firmare in ufficio perdendo mezza giornata - cauzione di 400 euro (!!!!) - nessuna domiciliazione (e se ti dimentichi di pagare per 50 euro ti staccano il gas anche se hanno la caparra di 400! per riattivare chiedono 100 euro) - lentissimi e scortesi Tutto per un gas di qualità del secolo scorso. Informatevi prima e passate all'elettrico 100%. Roba da associazione consumatori. I confirm everything written above: - contract to be signed in the office losing half a day - deposit of 400 euros (!!!!) - no domiciliation (and if you forget to pay for 50 euros they will turn off the gas even if they have a deposit of 400! to reactivate they ask for 100 euros) - very slow and rude All for a quality gas from the last century. Find out first and switch to 100% electric. Consumer association stuff.
M	Marina gennari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai scritto una recensione negativa ma loro veramente ci sono riusciti, è una società privata e quindi sei obbligata ad aprire il contratto con loro e non puoi cambiare, ti chiedono 400 euro di deposito cauzionale (contro tutta la concorrenza) che verrà restituito solo quando cambierai casa, non hanno l'addebito sul conto, ti devi recare presso il loro uffici per firmare il contratto senza considerare che devo chiedere un permesso. Sono indietro rispetto a tutte le altre società. Il mio condominio li ha scelti anni fa ma da nuova proprietaria farò di tutto per staccarci da questi obblighi. P.s. metto una stella perchè lo zero non esiste I have never written a negative review but they really did it, it is a private company and therefore you are obliged to open the contract with them and you cannot change, they ask you for a 400 euro security deposit (against all competition) which will be returned only when you move house, they do not have the debit on the account, you have to go to their offices to sign the contract without considering that I have to ask for a permit. I'm lagging behind all other companies. My condominium chose them years ago but as a new owner I will do everything to detach ourselves from these obligations. P.Š. Ho ricevuto un sollecito di pagamento su base di un loro errore (il bollettino era stato regolarmente pagato). Ho provveduto ad inviare ricevuta via mail, chiedendo il ricalcolo delle mie spettanze (visto che mi chiedevano delle more per il presunto ritardo). Non mi hanno mai risposto via mail allora li ho contattati telefonicamente. Mi hanno risposto che era tutto a posto ma che non potevano inviare il bollettino ricalcolato, mi hanno comunicato l'importo a voce per telefono! Inconcepibile nel 2022! INCOMMENTABLE. Non-existent customer service and lack of transparency. I received a payment reminder on the basis of their mistake (the payment slip had been duly paid). I proceeded to send a receipt via e-mail, asking for the recalculation of my amounts (since they asked me to delay due to the alleged delay). They never answered me by email so I contacted them by phone.
