Oasi Maremma Village

Bello ma..molto semplice Struttura centrale a Scarlino, vicina ai punti turistici più belli da visitare utilizzando la macchina. Camere “Standard” sufficienti , gli arredi non sono recenti , lo spazio vitale all’interno della stanza è al minimo, cucina molto piccola con il necessario per poterla utilizzare ma si vedono i segni del tempo, terrazzino con giardino difronte ad ogni stanza bello da poter sfruttare per fare aperitivo. E’ necessario portarsi tutti gli asciugamani da bagno per non dover pagare il supplemento. Bella la piscina , adatta ai bambini , con molti lettini per poter passare la giornata in piscina. La spiaggia convenzionata al villaggio non l’ho visitata. Per quanto riguarda il cibo , le colazioni sono molto molto semplici, ci si adatta a ciò che servono: brioches, frutta fresca, fette biscottate, yogurt marmellate varie confezionate. Personale gentile. Due appunti.. Poca attenzione alla cura del cliente, le donne di servizio non passano nelle stanze per la normale pulizia della stanza quotidiana quindi il controllo di carta igienica da cambiare , spazzatura ecc è completamente a carico del cliente quindi si deve passare per ogni richiesta alla reception. Un po’ scomodo.. Le pareti delle camere non filtrano alcun suono, si sente tutto quello che dicono e fanno i vicini di stanza, vibrazione del cellulare, tv, rumori del sonno, chiacchiere.. tutto ciò non garantisce la propria privacy e non ci si può godere a fondo la vacanza per non dover avere il pensiero dei vicini che sentono tutto, per chi ha il sonno leggero non è facile addormentarsi. Prezzo nella media ma mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Had a great stay, people at reception and restaurant very nice and the food good for reasonable prices, Scarlino seen from our garden was perfect Maremma, and the beaches we're most fond of are near. Pool also nice (despite the undisciplined kids...and parents...who used it all day as if it was only theirs).

We spent our summer vacation at Oasi in August with our children (2ys, 8ys). The hotel’s location is very good. Several child friendly beaches are within 10-15mins in Follonica by car. There are lots of beautiful small villages in 15-30mins for a short visit in the evening or even Elba in 30mins+ferry. Hotel’s pool is perfect for families. There are some accessories for small child and small water (cca 50cm) and a large place from cca 90-165cm. Temperature is perfect and the water is very clean, well maintained. There are several managed activities for children by narrators, but we skipped it. We rent a luxury apartment. It’s good value for money. Well aquiped, clean, maintained. There are some noises from the campaign in the evening until 23h, but acceptable. You can buy cafe, etc even bakeries on a good price. Stuff is very kind, we really enjoyed our stay. Recommended

We spent 14 days in the standard 2-bedroom unit, and overall were disappointed. Poorly equipped and outdated apartments. Very limited activities. No kids club for children older than 9. Too far away from beach. A 7-euro fee per person for bath towels. Personnel speaks only Italian or limited English. Noise at night from nearby camping and dog kennel. Private beach and mini-bus were useless, you need to drive. But good beds and air conditioning units in apartments.
