★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo posto con il mio fidanzato e non mi ha soddisfatto molto. L'appartamento che mi hanno assegnato aveva un odore sgradevole di umidità e c'erano insetti dappertutto.. capisco che sia una tenuta in mezzo alla natura ma sicuramente poteva essere pulita meglio. Inoltre, era molto buia e le luci funzionavani poco.
Molto carina invece la piscina con idromassaggio all'esterno.
 I was in this place with my boyfriend and he didn't satisfy me very much. The apartment they assigned me had an unpleasant smell of humidity and there were insects everywhere .. I understand that it is an estate in the middle of nature but it certainly could have been cleaned better. It was also very dark and the lights worked poorly.
The swimming pool with whirlpool outside is very nice.

A meno di 10 minuti da Follonica e 25 min da Castiglione della Pescaia per avere il mare e gli stabilimenti balneari.
La tenuta offre un alloggio con tutti i comfort compreso piscina, lavanderia e barbecue.
Great place for Relax and sea life.
Less than 10 minutes from Follonica and 25 minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia to have the sea and the bathing establishments.
The estate offers accommodation with all amenities including swimming pool, laundry and barbecue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacevole stare nella natura, nel silenzio molto bella anche la piscina... ma una camera con un bagno senza bidet, il tubo di scarico del condizionatore che goccia nella doccia e anche le porte della doccia mezze rotte e ogni tanto cattivo odore. Ah non c'era possibilità di avere o farsi un caffè...personale invisibile e le lenzuola me le hanno cambiate in una settimana solo l'ultima notte ??♀️
Pleasant to be in nature, in the silence the swimming pool is also very beautiful ... but a room with a bathroom without bidet, the air conditioner drain pipe that drips in the shower and also the half-broken shower doors and occasionally bad smell. Ah there was no possibility to have or make a coffee ... invisible staff and I changed the sheets in a week only on the last night ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrive late at night and it was a nightmare to find the apartment. The indications are poor and confuse. The location is beautiful, the apartment cozy... then they start with the strange rules: you have to clean everything before you leave (never heard about this in a hotel you pay for service, no changing towels, in 3 days, no new toilette paper, no wifi even in common areas). If you want to change the sheets you have to stay a week, if you want more bath soap, pay it. It is NOT a hotel. I manage a hotel and worked for 10 years in tourism industry and I feel insulted. They ruined my stay in the lovely area.

Very welcoming people, has every facilities you need for a couple of nights stay.
One thing I didn’t know from Booking.com was the round shaped beautiful looking pool was in a different village not the one where they allocated our apartment. It was like 5 minutes of off-road driving distance from the village we stayed in.
The pool which was in our village was very nice too just rectangular blunt looking but very nice clean water.
All over, I can’t complain, it was an amazing experience.
