Ringraziamo ancora tutto lo staff che in extremis ci ha trovato un alloggio.
L’appartamento super, due camere da letto, un ampio bagno, un soggiorno con divano letto e cucina a vista. Un portico ampio con tavolo e sedie.
Nonostante le numerose abitazioni e villeggianti, la quiete è garantita.
Il 4G non prende e la linea Wi-Fi è presente nello spazio comune vicino alla reception, ma per chi come me non è super social fa più che bene staccare la spina e il telefono. D’altronde siamo nella quiete della campagna.
Per la piscina forse c’è da organizzarsi meglio con la gestione degli ingressi e stabilire qualche regola in più ( evitare tuffi o palloni).
Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti sicuramente tornerei al borgo etrusco. ?

We once again thank all the staff who found us accommodation at the last minute.
The super apartment, two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and open kitchen. A large porch with table and chairs.
In spite of the numerous residences and vacationers, the quiet is guaranteed.
The 4G does not take and the Wi-Fi line is present in the common area near the reception, but for those like me who are not super social it is more than good to unplug and unplug the phone. On the other hand we are in the quiet of the countryside.
For the swimming pool, perhaps you need to organize yourself better with managing the entrances and establish a few more rules (avoid diving or balls).
If I were to return there, I would certainly return to the Etruscan village. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good location for a one week holiday in Toscana. You can easily reach the sea with some very nice beaches around, but also visit a lot around. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool a blessing in hot summer days when you want to relax. Only disadvantage, the apartments do not have mosquito nets, which are highly needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and clean resort. Well looked after with nice swimming pool and full time life guard during summer peak time. Apartments are good size, with aircon and fully equipped. Internet is the only disappointment. It's wired only so you will need WiFi device. The connection in our two alpertments was very slow. It was like going back to dial up times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated in a nice area. You can go for a hike, relax at the beach or visit some beautiful and historical villages such as Massa Maritima or Scarlino. The hotel is located in a quite area far from any traffic. As a guest, you are surrounded by lots of green space and enjoy mountain and sea views from almost all the apartments. The rooms are very clean and the staff is super friendly. Although the hotel can house a generous amount of people, it rarely feels overcrowded. I am always happy to come back.
The only thing I am missing, is a good WiFi connection. Wifi is only available in the lobby area and in a few rooms. The connection is slow and unreliable. But, considering that the nearest village is few kilometers away, I am not blaming the hotel for this issue.
