S	Sabrina B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst: das Haus ist wirklich super schön, genau so ruhig gelegen wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Zimmer sind toll und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Gabriella, die sich um das Haus und die Gäste kümmert ist auch wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit. Aber, und jetzt kommt das große aber: Die Angabe "Haustiere erlaubt" bezieht sich offensichtlich nicht auf Tiere die die Gäste evtl. mitbringen möchten sondern auf die Tiere vor Ort. Auf dem Grundstück lebt die Besitzerin und ihre 3 großen Hunde. Diese laufen frei herum, betteln wenn man draußen grillt oder isst und das Schlimmste: sie bellen quasi immer. Während der Nacht, sobald ein Auto vorbei fährt oder auch aus unerfindlichen Gründen fängt einer an uns dann steigen die anderen beiden ein. Auch abends und tagsüber wird fleißig gebellt. Vor allem wenn die Besitzerin in der Arbeit ist und die Hunde alleine auf dem Grundstück angeleint sind bellen sie quasi nonstop bis die Besitzerin wieder kommt. Wir haben eine 2 jährige Tochter aber an Mittagsschlaf war bei dem Lärm meistens nicht zu denken was sich dementsprechend auf ihre Stimmung am Abend ausgewirkt hat. Auch abends eingeschlafen war sehr schwierig, da bis mindestens elf immer wieder gebellt wird. Morgens konnten wir auch nie länger als bis acht schlafen, da spätestens dann schon wieder gebellt wurde. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Anwesen und auch Gabriella hat sich zauberhaft um uns gekümmert aber auch das schönste Haus und die beste Lage sind nicht viel wert wenn man nicht zur Ruhe kommt, nicht schlafen oder in Ruhe essen kann und den ganzen Tag im Lärm sitzt. First of all: the house is really beautiful, just as quiet as you can see in the photos, the rooms are great and the kitchen is well equipped. Gabriella, who takes care of the house and the guests, is also really super nice and helpful. But, and now comes the big but: The indication "Pets allowed" obviously does not refer to animals that the guests might want to bring, but to the animals on site. The owner and her 3 large dogs live on the property. They run around freely, beg when you grill or eat outside and the worst: they almost always bark. During the night, as soon as a car drives past, or for some inexplicable reason, one of us catches up and the other two get in. There is also a lot of barking in the evenings and during the day. Especially when the owner is at work and the dogs are leashed alone on the property, they bark almost non-stop until the owner comes back. We have a 2-year-old daughter, but because of the noise, it was mostly unthinkable to take a nap, which accordingly affected her mood in the evening. Falling asleep in the evening was also very difficult, as there was barking again and again until at least eleven. In the morning we could never sleep longer than eight o'clock, because by then at the latest we were barking again. All in all, a really beautiful property and Gabriella took care of us magically, but even the most beautiful house and the best location are not worth much if you cannot rest, cannot sleep or eat in peace and sit in the noise all day .

Dream place, a tastefully renovated farmhouse, nestled in the beautiful hills of the Tuscan Maremma but only 3 km from the sea and the marina of Scarlino where you can rent a sailboat and go to the island of Elba for a day. expected from a vacation.
G	Giorgia Gabetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente a che vedere con le foto e le descrizioni dei proprietari: controllati dai guardiani con cui praticamente si condivide ogni spazio, non c'e acqua corrente...ci si lava con un rivolo di acqua fredda....! Giardino senza lettini, Barbecue senza attrezzi, divanetti esterni pieni di pelo di cane, 2 sdraio prebelliche rotte, tv di nuova generazione con un solo canale visibile (RAI 1), stanze piccole senza armadi, senza climatizzatore con pavimenti in perlinato di tipo dozzinale che tengono il calore, in estate sembra di stare dentro ad una sauna, wireless chiedere password ma comunque quasi completamente assente la connessione, tende dei bagni e alle porte attaccate con lo sputo, pronte a cadere in ogni momento, che dire di più? Prenotata e pagata come villa plurifamiliare...una presa in giro totale. Nothing to do with the photos and descriptions of the owners: controlled by the guardians with whom you practically share every space, there is no running water ... you wash yourself with a trickle of cold water ....! Garden without sunbeds, Barbecue without tools, outdoor sofas full of dog hair, 2 broken pre-war deckchairs, new generation TV with only one visible channel (RAI 1), small rooms without wardrobes, without air conditioning with cheap beaded floors that they keep the heat, in the summer it seems to be inside a sauna, wireless asking for a password but still almost completely absent the connection, bathroom curtains and doors stuck with spit, ready to fall at any moment, what more can I say? Booked and paid for as a multi-family villa ... a total mockery.
