★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera normale la lunga fila ma chi mi ha servito non mi ha chiesto come "vole vo" le 3 rose che ho comperato - un mazzo "fatto su" con 3 rami di foglie verdi preparato nel retro senza che vedessi come veniva confezionato e senza la benchè minima proposta di un abbellimento - aggiungo, nemmeno la richiesta se volevo una carta particolare o una rete che facesse contrasto - ah beh si tutto giusto me lo meritavo non ero vestito bene avevo l'abbigliamento da lavoro...venivo da una settimana di lavoro fuori casa - la prossima volta andrò oltre e altrove
 Yesterday evening the long line was normal but whoever served me did not ask me how "I want" the 3 roses I bought - a "made up" bouquet with 3 branches of green leaves prepared in the back without seeing how it was packaged and without the slightest proposal for an embellishment - I add, not even the request if I wanted a particular card or a net that made a contrast - ah well yes everything was right I deserved it I wasn't well dressed I had work clothes ... I was coming from a week working away from home - next time I will go further and elsewhere

Ciò non toglie che il negozio è molto bello.

Oltre alla qualitá dei prodotti è eccellente anche il servizio, tutto il personale è ben preparato, gentile e disponibile! Inoltre, anche le consegne a domicilio sono impeccabili, puntualissime e con i fiori in perfetto stato!
Ne ho girati tanti di fiorai, ma questo è senza dubbio il numero uno di tutta Parma! Bravissimi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito di fiori piante e oggetti regalo dentro centro commerciale Torri . Comodo orario continuato fino alle 20. Anche se ti scordi una ricorrenza riesci a salvarti. Mi ero scordato del compleanno e per fortuna ho trovato quello che mi serviva: rose rosse .
Shop very well stocked with flowers, plants and gift items inside the Torri shopping center. Convenient continuous hours until 20. Even if you forget an anniversary you can save yourself. I forgot about the birthday and luckily I found what I needed: red roses.
