V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima che vi racconto: Compro un addolcitore e chiamo il tecnico per il primo avvio, mi fa pagare 50 euro per 2 sacchi di sale e una provetta per la prova della durezza dell'acqua (alla bricoman tutto ciò costa 20 euro), come non bastasse collega allo scarico il tubo del troppo pieno, non quello giusto e predisposto, così la stessa notte mi si allaga casa... Danni a muri, quadri, mobili, vestiti etc. Chiamo il tecnico che ammette di avere sbagliato ma decide di sparire dalla circolazione cancellando il mio numero. Dopo 2 settimane chiamo in sede e parlo con il direttore che invece di scusarsi ne approfitta per inveire dicendo che 40 litri di acqua in un seminterrato non possono fare danni e dicendomi che la frase:"non si fa così dai" devo dirla a mio figlio. Sbalordito comunico che una azienda del genere merita solo una cattiva pubblicità da parte mia.
