★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo capita sempre più spesso in molti posti oggi. Quando entri ti trattano con gentilezza e professionalità, non appena hai pagato diventi solo un peso. Chi ha avuto modo e possibilità di acquistare da Bertani sa che si tratta di un vero e proprio investimento, e non sembrerebbe chiedere tanto che il personale lo rispetti. Pezzi ordinati sbagliati, informazioni inesatte, settimane prima di avere risposte. Un vero e proprio incubo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando nella città c'è in Bricoman i prezzi degli altri sembrano sempre alti... ma Bertani ha anche i pezzi di ricambio...! Un coperchio di scarico di box doccia a 25 € invece di uno scarico intero di 40€

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un rubinetto da 140€ qui da bertani quando lho montato mancava il fermo del rubinetto sono tornato con la fattura a reclamare, senza nemmeno dire beo il commesso mi ha fornito i pezzi mancanti servizio come sempre al top!! Continuate così!!!
I bought a 140 € faucet here from Bertani when I mounted it the tap stop was missing I returned with the invoice to complain, without even saying beo the clerk provided me with the missing pieces service as always at the top !! Keep it up!!!

Al preventivo mancavano le spese di manodopera che a detta del negozio mi avrebbero spedito via mail nel giro di 5 giorni circa. Dopo esattamente 2 settimane e 2 solleciti telefonici non sono ancora arrivate e non mi hanno più contattato. Mancanza totale di organizzazione e di professionalità. Un vero peccato perché sicuramente avrei concluso con loro il rifacimento del mio bagno.
Oggi sono stato contattato telefonicamente dal venditore che si è prontamente scusato e dimostrato dispiaciuto di quanto accaduto, gesto professionale e apprezzato.
I made a project worth around 6000 euros with one of the sellers in the Modena shop. The estimate was missing the labor costs that according to the shop would have sent me via email within about 5 days. After exactly 2 weeks and 2 telephone reminders they still haven't arrived and they haven't contacted me anymore. Total lack of organization and professionalism. A real shame because surely I would have concluded with them the makeover of my bathroom.
Today I was contacted by phone by the seller who promptly apologized and showed sorry for what happened, a professional and appreciated gesture.
