Il gentilissimo montatore, mi ha spiegato, che e dovuto al tipo di porta asciugamano. Questo mese, è un anno che attendo una risposta. Mi trovo a Modena, nel maggio 2020 , ristrutturo il mio nuovo appartamento, sito in Via Emilia centro (ZTL). Metto il meglio nei 2 bagni, rubinetterie e portasciugamani Zazzeri in acciaio inox, acquistati nello showroom di Carboni Casa s.p.a.. Dopo pochi giorni, mi accorgo che si muovono i portasciugamani e segnalo il problema... Il rappresentante dell'azienda Zazzeri, mi chiama, passa per fare delle foto e mi dice che è un problema del prodotto. Di mese in mese rimanda , dicendo che stanno studiando come risolvere. A gennaio 2021, mi dice che manderanno i nuovi sostegni presto. Siamo a maggio 2021 nemmeno una vite sostituita, nessuna notizia. Problem finally solved on 06/04/2021, following this review.
