★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1700 € pour changer un embrayage et un volant moteur. Dès le lendemain la pédale d’embrayage reste coincée en première et la voiture (une peugeot 308) peine à dépasser les 110 km/h.
Un garage à fuir qui profite de son monopole sur le rapatriement des voitures en panne sur autoroute pour escroquer ses clients captifs :(

Ho dovuto fermarmi in una piazzola di soccorso in Autostrada a causa di un pneumatico forato e chiamare i soccorsi tramite la colonnina SOS.
Dopo mezz’ora è arrivato il carratrezzi di questa società che mi ha caricato e portato dall’unico gommista aperto di sabato pomeriggio a Modena che ho trovato io pur essendo di Milano. Se fosse stato per il loro autista avrei dovuto trascorrere il week end a Modena sino a lunedì mattina contro la mia volontà !
In più era quasi l’orario di chiusura del gommista da me indicato e ciò nonostante l’autista ha voluto fermarsi a dare una mano alla Polizia Stradale che stava assistendo un autista tedesco in panne, perdendo minuti preziosi, secondo me solo per farsi bello coi poliziotti locali.
Non dico che doveva far finta di non vederli ma io al posto suo avrei spiegato ai poliziotti l’urgenza e chiamato via radio un collega.
Fortunatamente il gommista da me trovato, avvisato da me telefonicamente del ritardo, è stato super gentile e ci ha aspettato.
Infine il conto. Per percorrere MENO DI NOVE CHILOMETRI ed aver lavorato in tutto QUARANTA MINUTI mi hanno fatto pagare la stratosferica cifra di €245,40. Ha preteso pure i €0,40 ed il pagamento in contanti (precisi se no manco mi dava il resto) altrimenti per pagare con carta di credito o bancomat avrei dovuto andare con lui fino dall’altra parte di Modena.
Un vero furto ed un servizio pessimo.

A real steal.
I had to stop in a rescue stand on the motorway due to a punctured tire and call for help via the SOS column.
After half an hour, the car tool from this company arrived and took me to the only tire shop open on Saturday afternoon in Modena that I found despite being from Milan. If it had been for their driver I would have had to spend the weekend in Modena until Monday morning against my will!
In addition, it was almost the closing time of the tire dealer indicated by me and nevertheless the driver wanted to stop and help the Traffic Police who were assisting a German driver in breakdown, losing precious minutes, in my opinion just to make himself nice with the local policemen.
I'm not saying he had to pretend not to see them but in his place I would have explained the urgency to the police and called a colleague by radio.
Fortunately, the tire dealer I found, notified by me by telephone of the delay, was super nice and waited for us.
Finally the bill. To travel LESS THAN NINE KILOMETERS and to have worked in all FORTY MINUTES they made me pay the stratospheric sum of € 245.40. He also demanded the € 0.40 and the cash payment (I specify if not, he gave me the rest) otherwise to pay by credit card or debit card I would have had to go with him to the other side of Modena.
A real rip off and bad service.
To forget!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Fahrzeug wurde vom ADAC Italien dorthin gebracht, auf Grund eines Fehlers in der Abgasreinigung. Allerdings wurden Arbeiten für übwr 600.- Euro gemacht die nichts mit dem Fehler zu tun hatten, dieses konnten wir durch unseren Anwalt in Deutschland erst feststellen lassen. Dann ist man so unverschämt und meint noch ich hätte den Wagen abgeholt bevor die eigentliche Reparatur gemacht wurde. Da ich in Deutschland wieder liegengeblieben bin, musste ich das in einer vernünftigen Werkstatt reparieren lassen, nun läuft das Auto seit dem wieder und es hat unter 400.- Euro gekostet.
The vehicle was brought there by ADAC Italy due to an error in the emission control system. However, work was done for over 600 euros that had nothing to do with the error, we were only able to have this determined by our lawyer in Germany. Then you are so rude and still think I picked up the car before the actual repair was made. Since I got stuck in Germany again, I had to have it repaired in a decent workshop, now the car has been running again and it cost less than 400 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi.20 giorni la macchina in officina cambiato pezzi x 1500 euro per poi contattarmi che il motore è fuso.chiedi la fattura non la fanno perché i pezzi su quel motore essendo fuso non sono in garanzia.ho dovuto chimere un carro attrezzi per poter portare l auto in un altra officina. spero di dimenticare tutto ciò.se mi dovesse risuccedere e mi portano li piuttosto pago fior di quattrini per andare altrove. RIPETO PESSIMI.
Terrible. 20 days the machine in the workshop changed parts x 1500 euros and then contact me that the engine is melted. You ask for the invoice they do not do it because the parts on that engine being cast are not under warranty. I had to chimere a tow truck to be able to bring the car in another workshop. I hope to forget all this. if it happens to me again and they bring me there rather pay good money to go elsewhere. I REPEAT PESSIMI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho bucato in autostrada e mi hanno portato qui. Il meccanico ha iniziato a dire che avevo bucato perché le ruote erano vecchie (4 anni) e che quindi dovevo cambiarle tutte e 4. In più ha detto che andavano cambiati anche i freni anteriori, il tutto x 600 euro. Alla mia faccia sbigottita ha detto che poteva fare anche 500 euro (??). Io gli ho detto subito di no e gli ho chiesto di cambiare la ruota perché volevo ripartire. Ha iniziato a dire che andare in giro con una macchina così era fuorilegge e che se mi vedeva la polizia me la sequestrava. Quando ha visto che ero irremovibile ha detto che comunque mi cambiava almeno 2 gomme "perche non se ne cambia mai solo una". Ho insistito per farmi cambiare solo quella bucata e alla fine, piuttosto arrabbiato, ha detto che ne aveva una usata ma costava 100 euro in nero perché non poteva prendersi la responsabilità di mandarmi in giro con una macchina così e quindi la fattura non me la faceva! La gomma era addirittura del 2006! PESSIMO SERVIZIO di cui informerò l'ACI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an issue with our car and was towed to this garage. They echange thing that was not necessary and the issue happened again after 500 km. The price was growing between first call and the day of pick up the car. The part which has the fault wasn't changed. So, i have to pay for the correct repair in an other garage again. I got the car only agaist signature on papers which we can't understand. Money for nothing at this garage - NEVER again. The headquarter of Bosch service is informed about this.
