Posso però dire che ho trovato competenza, cortesia e puntualità. Sicuramente alla prossima necessità ci tornerò: io mi sono trovato molto bene! I state that I've only been there once, for a warranty claim, so I can't talk about the prices. However, I can say that I have found competence, courtesy and punctuality. I will definitely go back to the next need: I found myself very well!

Il prezzo di un cambio di 2 gomme dalla marca cinasara (preciso di una Panda del 2012), per di più diverse dalle altre 2 già presenti...di un costo pari a 175,00€. Scarsa professionalità, per il comportamente e per di più per un conto pagato di 570,00€ in contanti e lo scontrino rilasciato decisamente con un prezzo inferiore. Prima e ultima volta che ci metto piede. Not recommended !!! Il giorno dopo mi hanno comunicato che la macchina era pronta ed in 10 minuti sono arrivati. Servizio eccellente. Very kind staff, I had broken a tire. 5 minutes after the call, a guy arrived who, after taking me home, took care of everything. The next day they told me that the car was ready and in 10 minutes they arrived. Excellent service.

Scarsa attenzione al cliente, costo orario della manodopera superiore alla media, dicono di aver risolto il problema ma in realtà rimane. Non si interessano se sta andando bene la vettura dopo averli pagati e/o si mostrano permalosi se gli si fanno notare certi dettagli e disagi che persistono. Morale della favola: sostituendo un pezzo mi hanno creato un disagio al paraolio.Non ci andrò più e non mi sento di consigliarli. Da donna a donna: meglio arrivare istruite e sapendo il fatto proprio, altrimenti non ti danno molto peso. Poco umili. I turned to them on advice and was disappointed. I miei complimenti al ragazzo che gestisce il reparto gomme. I stopped due to a puncture on the highway, very nice staff, fast and courteous. Repair done and we left in a short time.
