β β β β β Dopo una buona esperienza (l'officina Γ¨ convenzionata per i tagliandi con GuidoFacile) e sicuramente molto comodo per chi abita in quartiere... Brutto evento. Abbiamo fatto il tagliando e ci Γ¨ stata proposta la revisione. Dopo aver infatti chiesto piΓΉ volte se per la revisione il prezzo era convenzionato (con risposta affermativa), abbiamo accettato. Alla consegna mia moglie ha pagato piΓΉ del concordato, giustificato con l'emissione di questa ricevuta, dove il prezzo esposto di 65 euro della prestazione (casualmente assai simile ai 66,88β¬ della convenzione) Γ¨ stato aggiunto dell'IVA. Lei, ignara, si Γ¨ fidata e ha pagato il dovuto. Avrei pagato volentieri di piΓΉ della convenzione per avere un meccanico di fiducia in cittΓ , ma non posso rinunciare alla chiarezza e alla trasparenza, e queste mi sono venute a mancare.
After a good experience (the workshop has an agreement with GuidoFacile for coupons) and certainly very convenient for those who live in the neighborhood ... Bad event. We did the service and we were offered the revision. After having asked several times if the price for the review was agreed (with affirmative answer), we accepted. Upon delivery, my wife paid more than the agreed, justified with the issue of this receipt, where the displayed price of 65 euros for the service (coincidentally very similar to the 66.88 β¬ of the agreement) was added to the VAT. She, unaware, trusted and paid her due. I would have gladly paid more than the convention to have a trusted mechanic in town, but I can't give up on clarity and transparency, and these have failed me.
