★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato oggi basandomi esclusivamente sulle recensioni . Dovevo fare un normale tagliando di cui ne ho fatto altri . Tutti i filtri , l’olio , manodopera , dischi e pasticche freni ( che si sono aggiunti come lavori da fare durante la giornata) sono superiori ai prezzi medi . Avevi specificato di cambiare solo olio e filtri olio . Mi sono ritrovato con filtri abitacolo, filtro motore , liquido antigelo, liquido tergicristalli , 25€ di azzeramento della scritta service sul cruscotto che non avevo chiesto . Inutile dire che non tornerò.
P.S.
Per quanto riguarda la risposta del meccanico , è all'altezza del servizio reso. Cercare di screditare un cliente dicendo che ha un nome fittizio, oppure che faccio il fighetto con i soldi di altri o che devo avere la panda è veramente becero e di basso livello persino per lei .
Mi deve poi spiegare come ha fatto a farci stare 5,5 litri d'olio che in 20 anni di tagliandi (audi del 2002) sono sempre stati messi 4,5 litri. 25 euro per spegnere la spia service è un furto .
il problema che lei ha beccato un signore che ha pagato e non ha fatto sceneggiate.
 I went today based solely on the reviews. I had to do a normal service of which I have done others. All filters, oil, labor, discs and brake pads (which were added as jobs to be done during the day) are above average prices. You specified to change only oil and oil filters. I found myself with cabin filters, engine filter, antifreeze liquid, windshield wiper fluid, € 25 for resetting the service written on the dashboard that I had not asked for. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
P.S.
As for the mechanic's response, it is up to the service rendered. Trying to discredit a customer by saying that he has a fictitious name, or that I play cool with other people's money or that I must have the panda is really vulgar and low-key even to her.
He then has to explain to me how he managed to make us fit 5.5 liters of oil which in 20 years of servicing (audi from 2002) have always been put in 4.5 liters. 25 euros to turn off the service light is a theft.
