Ho contattato questa officina in quanto centro assistenza McCulloch per la provincia di Modena ed in 1 minuto , via telefono , mi hanno saputo dare indicazioni precise sul problema che avevo col mio trattorino e come risolverlo . Cortesi e disponibili . Really a great experience. I contacted this workshop as a McCulloch service center for the province of Modena and in 1 minute, by phone, they were able to give me precise indications on the problem I had with my tractor and how to solve it. Quando gli ho detto di fermarsi perché non avevamo parlato di riparazione, scocciato, ha preso un sacchetto,ci ha messo dentro in modo plateale i pezzi che ha smontato e mi ha dato tutto smontato. Pagamento non accetta bancomat e non fa scontrino. Pessima esperienza, non ci tornerò più e farò segnalazione anche all'azienda che lo tiene come rivenditore autorizzato. ATTENZIONE PERCHÉ NON PORTA LA MASCHERINA!!! For a replacement he wanted me to do a repair that was not needed. Working tool but he wanted to repair it to make me spend more money. When I told him to stop because we hadn't talked about repairs, he was annoyed, he took a bag, he blatantly put the pieces he took apart in it and gave me everything disassembled. Payment does not accept ATMs and does not make a receipt. Bad experience, I will never go back and I will also report to the company that keeps it as an authorized dealer. ATTENTION BECAUSE YOU DON'T WEAR A MASK !!!

Ho portato la mia motosega in riparazione chiedendo visto che è un po' vecchiotta il preventivo dopo 2 settimane non ricevendo nessuna comunicazione ho chiamato e mi hanno detto in maniera scocciata che hanno avuto dei problemi e che non erano riusciti a guardarla ok. Dopo un mese abbondante richiamo e stessa storia finché dopo 2 mesi mi sono presentato a ritirare la mia motosega ancora da riparare ho chiesto se avevano il pezzo di ricambio mi hanno risposto che i pezzi li hanno tutti quello che manca è il tempo allora ho chiesto il prezzo del pezzo di ricambio e scuotendo la testa come a dire no se ne è andato. pensando di avere capito male ho provato a richiederlo e mi ha esplicitamente detto no. Basito dal comportamento del titolare in persona me ne sono andato. Se penso che è l'unica officina autorizzata a Modena per il marchio sopra citato penso sia una vergogna. Ho dato una stella perché non ce' la possibilità di darne 0 perché il servizio non offerto in questo caso è da zero. I happened to need this workshop since it is the only one in Modena authorized mc culloch. I brought my chainsaw for repair asking since the estimate is a bit old after 2 weeks, not receiving any communication I called and they told me annoyed that they had problems and that they had not been able to look at it ok. After an abundant month of recall and the same story until after 2 months I presented myself to pick up my chainsaw still to be repaired I asked if they had the spare part they replied that the pieces have them all what is missing is the time then I asked for the spare part price and shaking his head as if to say no is gone. thinking that I misunderstood I tried to request it and he explicitly said no. Amazed by the behavior of the owner in person, I left. If I think it is the only authorized workshop in Modena for the above mentioned brand, I think it is a shame. I gave a star because there is no possibility of giving 0 because the service not offered in this case is from scratch.
