Ceretta fatta con un rullo (molte volte sporco), e lasciano strisce di peli…. ogni volta torno a casa e devo completare. They do not respect the times of the appointments (waits of up to 45 minutes). E ci metto anche mio nome e cognome perché non mi nascondo, sono senza parole per la maleducazione della ragazza che ha risposto stamattina al telefono dopo averle chiesto un appuntamento per uno Spiiky comprato. Ero incuriosita dal pacchetto massaggi ma… A posto così!!! Forse se li dovrebbe fare lei relax! Glieli regalo! I have never had a bad review before. NEVER. Innanzitutto il personale mi è sembrato in linea di massima, con qualche eccezione, poco cordiale e abbastanza freddo. La sala dove ho effettuato i massaggi non era secondo me adatta a questo scopo. Era comunicante con le altre stanze quindi si sentivano le altre persone parlare, porte che si aprivano e chiudevano, luce della stanza accanto che si accendeva. Il tutto non predispone per un ambiente di relax come dovrebbe essere durante un massaggio. Per quanto riguarda la ceretta mi è sembrato che venisse eseguita in maniera un po frettolosa. Nel mio caso però gli orari sono stati sempre rispettati e il massaggio di per sé è stato eseguito bene. From my personal experience, there are some aspects to improve. It was communicating with the other rooms so you could hear the other people talking, doors opening and closing, light from the next room turning on. All this does not prepare for a relaxing environment as it should be during a massage. As for the waxing, it seemed to me that it was done in a rather hasty way. In my case, however, the times were always respected and the massage itself was performed well.

Il giorno dell'appuntamento, dopo essermi fatta 40 minuti di macchina per raggiungere il centro, mi dicono che non c'è nessun appuntamento a mio nome, ne quel giorno ne mai. Gli mostro il coupon che sull'applicazione mi dava utilizzato, siccome l'appuntamento era stato preso, ma niente, hanno continuato ad usare scuse inutili. Non mi hanno offerto un'alternativa o un modo per compensare al loro errore ma solo di riprendere l'appuntamento per il massaggio con tono pure arrogante. Da non andarci!
