Non poter prendere appuntamenti telefonici, per lasciare il furgone da loro, ma doverci per forza passare solo per dirgli a voce il problema per poi aspettare un appuntamento, non è il massimo. Passare alle 17,00 per cambiare la lampadina di un farò e sentirsi dire "non abbiamo tempo, prova a passare domani", sapendo che è un furgone di lavoro, è ridicolo.
I go to them because it seems that they are the only authorized Alphabet garage. Not being able to make phone appointments, to leave the van with them, but having to go there just to tell them the problem and then wait for an appointment, is not the best. Going to 5.00 pm to change the light bulb of a faro and being told "we don't have time, try to pass tomorrow", knowing that it is a work van, is ridiculous.
