Rappresentanti efficientissimi e molto preparati, in particolare modo uno con gli occhi verdi che mi ha risolto tanti ostacoli. By far the best heating and plumbing company in Modena. Very efficient and very prepared representatives, in particular one with green eyes who solved many obstacles for me.

Il personale e gentile e disponibile ed i prezzi convenienti. Se vi occorre materiale idraulico e un posto che merita di essere visitato prima di altri. Io ho finalmente trovato i rubinetti che invano ho cercato altrove. The choice is very well stocked and very wide both of materials for plumbing and for the bathroom. They supply professionals but also serve individuals. The staff is kind and helpful and the prices are affordable. If you need plumbing equipment and a place that deserves to be visited before others. I have finally found the taps that I have searched in vain elsewhere.

Nonostante non avessi piu lo scontrino ma solo la contabile del bancomat mi hanno sostituito il pezzo in garanzia. I bought an electrical accessory for the bathroom drain. After a week it seems to stop working. Although I no longer had the receipt but only the ATM accountant replaced the piece under warranty.

Ho scelto arredi per il bagno della ditta Azzurra che a detta loro sono di pregio, visto anche i prezzi non proprio entry level. Ma il punto non è il prezzo ma la qualità assente: due pezzi fallati ed il restante non propriamente perfetto. Per farmi sostituire il pezzo rovinato ho impiegato 5 mesi, dico 5 mesi abbondanti. mentre per il secondo pezzo quando ho protestato per il fallo, non sono stata neanche ascoltata poiché mi sono sentita dire che è la mia parola contro la loro. My experience was disastrous to say the least. I chose the bathroom furniture from the Azzurra company which, according to them, are valuable, also considering the prices that are not exactly entry level. But the point is not the price but the absent quality: two flawed pieces and the rest not exactly perfect. It took me 5 months to get the damaged piece replaced, I say 5 months. while for the second piece when I protested about the foul, I was not even heard as I was told that it is my word against theirs.

Personali che ignorano il cliente nonostante gli avesse richiesto informazioni riguardo ai prodotti, continuando a chiacchierare ed a ridacchiare tra di loro. Tanta maleducazione. Not recommended.
