Personale per almeno la metà dei dipendenti decisamente scortese. Fortunatamente non siete l'unica farmacia del lecchese. Bad experience: where information is found on the pharmacy website, it is not respected in practice. Staff for at least half of the employees downright rude. Fortunately, you are not the only pharmacy in the Lecco area.

Il dottore ci ha ripreso con arroganza facendo una paternale sul fatto che la dottoressa incaricata( il cui turno finiva alle 12.30 e non 12.26 ) non avrebbe potuto andare in pausa pranzo per colpa nostra, che ha anche lei il diritto di pranzare…ecc……. Tampone rimandato dopo 3 ore passate in giro per Lecco. Non e’ il modo di fare The doctor very rude, we delayed by 6 minutes from 12.20 to 12.26 (leaving school) for the tampon reserved for a child. Non hanno contribuito con il servizio dei tamponi in un momento di estrema necessità, mettendo in difficoltà chiunque avesse urgenza, e mettendo in difficoltà i colleghi che invece hanno contribuito al servizio del cittadino, e che con fatica sono riusciti a gestire file inesauribili di persone richiedenti un tampone. Tutto questo si sarebbe potuto evitare se questi operatori maleducati, svogliati avessero collaborato. Rude and unfriendly staff. They did not contribute with the tampon service in a moment of extreme necessity, putting anyone in need of urgency in difficulty, and putting in difficulty the colleagues who instead contributed to the service of the citizen, and who with difficulty managed to manage inexhaustible files of requesting people a tampon. The entire operation seems like it's some scam to sell expensive gluten free products, but mostly they are rude, indifferent to customers, and - by the way, Italian language learners - only use the second person informal with adults because they are patronizing as hell. I've had several reasons to go here in the last year thanks to Covid and they are exceptionally rude each time to my wife and me. Find anywhere else to attend to your medical needs - both out-of-towners and Lecchesi should avoid this place like the plague (which they don't test for here).
