Quando sono entrata la dott.ssa meno giovane mi ha trattata in modo scortese nonostante le avessi mostrato tutte le carte dell'ospedale riguardanti !UNA BAMBINA!ovvero mia figlia. Dopo il pagamento non mi ha nemmeno salutata o ringraziata allontanandosi e parlando con un'altra cliente. Umanità zero. Trovo vergognoso mostrare la propria "frustrazione", in quanto giorno festivo,davanti a chi sta veramente male x problemi di salute! E ribadisco che si tratta di bambini!! Non faccio nome e cognome per il semplice fatto che chi legge sa perfettamente a chi mi riferisco. Bad pharmacy, I strongly advise against anyone. Rude, unprofessional, and most of all unhelpful staff regarding tampons.

Prima di recarmi avevo chiamato per accertarmi fosse aperta e già dalla telefonata avevo percepito un atteggiamento poco cortese, avevo chiesto due semplici informazioni in merito alla disponibilità di un test sierologico rapido. Entrando in farmacia per l’acquisto mi rendo conto che l’atteggiamento percepito al telefono è confermato. Non un sorriso e molto grave non una minima spiegazione sull’utilizzo. Scontrino e sacchetto consegnato, quasi neanche un saluto e il giovane farmacista si allontana nell’ufficio dietro prima ancora che io esca dalla farmacia. L’attenzione al servizio è fondamentale se volete tenervi stretta la clientela. I went to this pharmacy on 11/04/2021, a Sunday. The pharmacy was open on duty. Before going I had called to make sure it was open and already from the phone call I had perceived an uncouth attitude, I had asked for two simple information regarding the availability of a rapid serological test. Entering the pharmacy to purchase, I realize that the perceived attitude on the phone is confirmed. Not a smile and not a very serious explanation on use. Receipt and bag delivered, hardly even a greeting and the young pharmacist leaves the back office before I even leave the pharmacy. Attention to service is essential if you want to keep your customers close.
