★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, ho chiesto Polase e mi é stato dato MG K vis nonostante ci fossero entrambe e senza alcuna spiegazione. Ho chiesto di poter misurare la temperatura e mi é stato detto che se avessi voluto, avrei potuto comprarmi un termoscanner. Nonostante fino a poco tempo fa fosse obbligatorio auto misurare la temperatura da parte dei dipendenti e fosse fortemente raccomandato dall'ordine dei farmacisti di misurarla agli avventori evidentemente a questo esercizio la circolare non é arrivata. In ogni caso, fosse ignoranza a riguardo, una semplice bugia per vendere un termoscanner in più, o solo maleducazione da parte del commesso, di fronte a una persona che gli aveva appena detto di stare male, sono comportamenti inaccettabili da parte di un esercizio che dovrebbe garantire la salute dei propri clienti. Fortemente sconsigliato.
Bad service, I asked for Polase and was given MG K vis despite both being there and without any explanation. I asked to be able to measure the temperature and was told that if I wanted to, I could buy myself a thermoscanner. Although until recently it was mandatory to measure the temperature by employees and it was strongly recommended by the order of pharmacists to measure it to customers, evidently the circular did not arrive at this exercise. In any case, whether it was ignorance about it, a simple lie to sell an extra thermoscanner, or just rudeness on the part of the salesman, in front of a person who had just told him he was sick, are unacceptable behaviors on the part of an exercise that it should ensure the health of its customers. Strongly not recommended.
