Mentre apriva la forma, ci ha offerto una degustazione accompagnata da un buon vino rosso. Consiglio a tutti se passate da quelle parti fermatevi, ne vale la pena. Grazie buon uomo. We stopped by me and a friend of mine who knows the area well. We bought a 2 year aged pecorino of a unique goodness. As he opened the form, he offered us a tasting accompanied by a good red wine. I recommend to everyone if you pass by there stop, it's worth it. Thanks good man.

I prodotti sono a dir poco eccellenti e per un costo di 4 /5euro avrete un panino con mezzo kg di pane e 3h di salame/prosciutto, caciotta ciauscolo e chi più ne ha più ne metta! Go go go and for heaven's sake don't shut it down !!! Passing along the road that goes from Spoleto to Norcia, just below Cerreto di Spoleto. The products are nothing short of excellent and for a cost of 4/5 euros you will have a sandwich with half a kg of bread and 3 hours of salami / ham, caciotta ciauscolo and so on and so forth!

I often look back at the summers I spent in Umbria, and Alfio's shop is right there as one of my dearest memories. This is more of a locals' spot—you won't find crowds of tourists lining up—but if you are visiting I'd make sure to stop by this place, either to pick up something to bring back home or to ask him to make you a sandwich with aged pecorino and prosciutto crudo.
