I Salumi invece potrebbero essere di miglior scelta. Prezzi adeguati. Small, well-kept place, with hyper-friendly staff. The special beers, not always all available on tap. The cheeses ok. The cured meats, on the other hand, could be of better choice. Adequate prices.

Consigliato veramente con il cuore e con il palato ???. We just had lunch at the brewery. A mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses I must say simply divine and drank two of their craft beers. Really recommended with the heart and the palate ???.

La birra è disponibile sia in variante imbottigliata, sia alla spina. Il locale è dotato anche di servizi igienici per i clienti ed è facilmente accessibile anche con sedia a rotelle o da famiglie con passeggino. Ci sono anche svariati tavoli per chi desidera provare i prodotti sul posto. Excellent tasting of typical local products. Shepherd's cheese and wide availability of all other products. Beer is available in both bottled and draft versions. The restaurant is also equipped with toilets for customers and is easily accessible even by wheelchair or by families with strollers. There are also several tables for those who want to try the products on the spot.

Lo abbiamo trovato per caso tornando da Cascia. Gentili e cordiali. A place where they make an excellent beer of various types, even unusual ones. Il giorno dopo ci sono passato nuovamente e abbiamo gradito la loro birra. Titolari disponibili e molto accoglienti I found this out because I was looking for a coffee on a motorbike ride and I found out it was a brewery.
