Di passaggio al ritorno da Massa Martana ho visto in una piccola pineta il birrificio San Felice e vista l'ora mi sono fermato per fare un breve aperitivo. È stata una rivelazione: birre molto buone accompagnate da un tagliere. Il proprietario è veramente simpatico e molto accogliente. Prezzi allineati alla concorrenza A real surprise. On my way back from Massa Martana I saw the San Felice brewery in a small pine forest and given the time I stopped to have a short aperitif. It was a revelation: very good beers accompanied by a cutting board. The owner is really nice and very welcoming. Prices aligned with the competition

Nel senso che pur essendo aperto di sabato alle 13:30 non abbiamo potuto degustare alcunché (solo vendita eventualmente) e ci hanno invece suggerito di andare al ristorante proprio di fianco (il Gattopardo) che ci avrebbe potuto servire oltre che le loro birre anche aperitivi antipasti etc. E così abbiamo fatto pur dispiaciuti di non aver potuto sostare in quel locale davvero carino. La beffa però è stata quella di pranzare al Gattopardo con Ichnusa!!! Purtroppo non avevano birra San Felice ? peccato, un'occasione persa, non credo che passeremo nuovamente di qui! We have been there but also not ... In the sense that despite being open on Saturdays at 13:30 we could not taste anything (only sales eventually) and instead they suggested that we go to the restaurant right next to us (il Gattopardo) which would have been able to serve not only their beers but also appetizers, appetizers etc. And so we did although we regretted not having been able to stop in that really nice place. The joke, however, was to have lunch at the Leopard with Ichnusa !!! Unfortunately they didn't have San Felice beer ? it's a pity, a missed opportunity, I don't think we'll go through here again!

Il proprietario, Francesco, è una persona squisita e genuina, preparata e cordiale... Ci ha guidato nel lungo processo della cottura della birra artigianale, spiegando tutto in dettaglio dalle materie prime ai procedimenti... Processo piacevolmente intervallato dalla degustazione delle birre San Felice (Golden Ale, Amber Ale, APA e tripel) con prodotti locali (fantastico il pecorino, il salame, le bruschette con l'olio di produzione propria, pasta, carne alla brace), davanti al caminetto adiacente al birrificio! Che dire..da provare assolutamente! Impossibile andar via senza una cassa di birre artigianali a prezzi onestissimi. Bravi! He guided us through the long process of cooking the craft beer, explaining everything in detail from the raw materials to the procedures ... Process pleasantly interspersed with the tasting of San beers. Felice (Golden Ale, Amber Ale, APA and tripel) with local products (fantastic pecorino, salami, bruschetta with own oil, pasta, grilled meat), in front of the fireplace adjacent to the brewery! What can I say .. to try absolutely! Impossible to leave without a case of craft beers at very honest prices. Well done!
