★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questa norcineria oggi 11 settembre. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere con salumi e formaggi locali. Tutto buonissimo accompagnato da una ottima birra artigianale con proprietari molto cordiali e cortesi. Da ritornare.
We were in this butchery today September 11th. We ordered a platter with local meats and cheeses. All delicious accompanied by an excellent craft beer with very friendly and courteous owners. To return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All’interno, su un soppalco che crea un’atmosfera familiare, pochi tavoli dove “assaggiare” (si fa per dire, quantità decisamente abbondanti) salumi e formaggi tipici, insieme a un’ottima birra dei monaci benedettini (e immagino anche un ottimo vino, ma io ho bevuto quella :D). Prezzo onestissimo, cordialità molta, simpatia anche, tanto che alla fine ti vien voglia di comprare qualche “souvenir gastronomico” che non guasta mai.
Inside, on a mezzanine that creates a family atmosphere, a few tables where you can "taste" (so to speak, very abundant quantities) typical cold cuts and cheeses, together with an excellent beer from the Benedictine monks (and I also imagine an excellent wine, but I drank that one: D). Honest price, a lot of friendliness, even sympathy, so much so that in the end you feel like buying some "gastronomic souvenir" that never hurts.

Abbiamo preso un tagliere in 2 mangiando divinamente.
Il proprietario è davvero una persona gentilissima e propone anche un servizio di spedizione di prodotti on line in modo da avere i prodotti freschi e gustosi direttamente a casa.
