Poi abbiamo preso un salsa di tartufi che era pessima anche quella con sapore di lievito che copriva tutto. Visto che son pure cari vi consiglio di andare altrove. Absolutely not recommended. We took a piece of raw ham which turned out to be so salty that we had to throw it away. Then we got a truffle sauce which was bad even the one with yeast flavor which covered everything. Since they are also expensive, I recommend that you go elsewhere.

Lenticchie superlative, niente a che vedere con quelle "standard". Che dire, prodotti pessimi: tartufi insapore e inodore, salsa ai funghi amarissima, salami immangiabili perché salatissimi, funghi secchi con micro animaletti dentro VIVI. Insomma, con i prodotti di Norcia in genere si va sul sicuro, ma se volete evitate pessime figure, evitate di regalare i prodotti orrendi di questa azienda! Devo dire che è stato preciso sulla pesatura e soprattutto onesto nel dirci che in questo periodo il prosciutto di Norcia IGP non va oltre i 15 mesi di stagionatura a causa del fermo del covid. Vi assicuro che altre norcinerie non sono così oneste... Lo consiglio e torneremo a prendere il prossimo appena arriverà alla stagionatura desiderata The butcher was kind and cordial and offered us a taste of IGP ham which we then bought.
