One of the sales people is just a big peasant. Wide assortment of accessories but not always cheap. Good value for money workshop and tire change services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo Servizio, dopo aver effettuato ordine e preso appuntamento per montaggio pneumatici mi reco in sede alla data dell'appuntamento la commessa prima mi dece che cera da pagare un sovrapprezzo (non dovuto), poi mi comunica che non poteva eseguire il cambio gomme in quel momento, ma sarei dovuto torna la settimana successiva. Ho chiesto l'annullamento dell'ordine, e ho preso appuntamento in un'altra officina. Grazie della perdita di tempo.
Bad Service, after placing an order and making an appointment for tire fitting, I go to the office on the date of the appointment, the contract first decides that there was a surcharge (not due) to be paid, then she informs me that she could not change tires in that moment, but I was supposed to come back the following week. I asked for the order to be canceled, and I made an appointment in another workshop. Thanks for the waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essermi registrato come utente con partita IVA sul sito norauto ed aver proceduto all'acquisto di 4 gomme, ho fissato l'appuntamento per il cambio dei pneumatici della mia auto. Quando mi sono recato presso il punto vendita ho specificato all'addetta alla cassa che avevo bisogno di fattura. Lei mi ha detto che mi sarebbe stata inviata automaticamente, senza specificare nulla di diverso. La fattura non mi è mai stata inviata perché ho scoperto, solo dopo 2 mesi che nonostante mi fossi registrato come partita Iva, avrei dovuto richiedere la fattura scrivendo alla mail di norauto, procedura che oltre ad essere assurda è completamente all'oscuro ai dipendenti del punto vendita.
After registering as a user with a VAT number on the norauto website and purchasing 4 tires, I made an appointment to change the tires on my car. When I went to the store I specified to the cashier that I needed an invoice. She told me it would be sent to me automatically, without specifying anything different. The invoice was never sent to me because I discovered, only after 2 months that although I had registered as a VAT number, I would have had to request the invoice by writing to the norauto email, a procedure which, in addition to being absurd, is completely unaware to the employees of the point of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car (Toyota Prius,) had a problem with the air conditioning. Temperatures were high, and I wanted to have it fixed. The Toyota garage in Pescara advised me to go to Norauto. The people of Norauto solved the problem within an hour (I hadn't made a appointment in advance) for a reasonable price. One of the guys working in the garage spoke fluent English and all of them were extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for making my road trip possible in cool circumstances!
