★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preventivo eccessivamente costoso ma con la promessa di fare un ottimo lavoro. In realtà mi hanno rimesso il paraurti vecchio e altri componenti incidentati anche se ristabiliti. Sul preventivo le parti usate erano elencate come nuove. Deluso!!!
 Excessively expensive quote but with a promise to do a great job. They actually put the old bumper and other damaged parts back on me, although they were restored. On the estimate the used parts were listed as new. Disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalita' e scortesia del proprietario. Purtroppo essendo in vacanza ho dovuto ricorrere a questa officina per gomme nuovissime trovate bucate sotto l'albergo. Pianacce mi ha fatte pagare ad un prezzo molto alto due nuove (ho confrontato dopo prezzo) senza neanche provarle a riparare le mie vecchie (cosa fatta al mio rientro dal mio gommista, dato che una almeno sono riuscito a riportarmela). Proprietario maleducato, mi ha invitato in maniera squallida ad andare da altro gommista se non ero d'accordo su loro operato. Purtroppo classico esempio del turista in difficolta' trattato malissimo e sfruttato. Unica nota positiva: la cortesia delle signore della amministrazione.
Lack of professionalism and rudeness of the owner. Unfortunately, being on vacation I had to resort to this workshop for brand new tires found with holes under the hotel. Pianacce made me pay two new ones at a very high price (I compared them after price) without even trying to repair my old ones (which I did when I returned to my tire shop, since at least one I managed to bring it back to me). Rude owner, he invited me in a shabby way to go to another tire dealer if I did not agree on their operation. Unfortunately, a classic example of the tourist in difficulty treated very badly and exploited. The only positive note: the courtesy of the ladies of the administration.

Lavorano con superficialità e scarsa professionalità..ahime l’auto incidentata e non marciante è finita in questa officina/carrozzeria! lasciate perdere!! Ho aspettato piu di 2 mesi per avere un’auto che non è stata riparata a regola d’arte (dopo che aveva subito un importante danno alla meccanica e alla trasmissione posteriore) e in piu neanche provata su strada. Morale ho dovuto lasciarla li ulteriori 10 giorni affinche sistemassero il tutto (piccolo particolare vivo a 400 km di distanza!). IMBARAZZANTE!
(Le signore dell’amministrazione le uniche gentili).
Bad, superficial, approximate! They work with superficiality and lack of professionalism .. ahime the crashed and non-running car ended up in this workshop / body shop! forget it !! I waited more than 2 months to get a car that has not been repaired in a workmanlike manner (after it had suffered major damage to the mechanics and rear transmission) and moreover, it hasn't even been tested on the road. Moral I had to leave them there for another 10 days to fix everything (small detail alive 400 km away!). EMBARRASSING!
(The ladies of the administration are the only nice ones).
