Giorni fa mi sono recata nella sua officina x la sostituzione di una maniglia e mi sono sentita trattare...nonostante non avessi mai avuto a che fare con lui...in modo estremamente maleducato, tanto da voler prendere ed andare via se non fosse stato che il giorno dopo sarei dovuta partire. Sono del settore e so benissimo quanto sia importante il tatto e la cortesia con il cliente ma evidentemente il titolare in questione non la pensa cosi. I will never set foot there again. Days ago I went to his workshop for the replacement of a handle and I felt treated ... even though I had never had anything to do with him ... in an extremely rude way, so much so that I would want to take and leave if he were not was that the next day I would have to leave.
