★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni dei dipendenti sono stati veramente scortesi, molto lenti e poco attenti allo stato e al settaggio dell'attrezzatura da sci, in definitiva mi è sembrato un ambiente poco professionale. Eccezione fatta per uno dei dipendenti che si è mostrato molto disponibile nei nostri confronti, ma non credo che tornerò.
Some of the employees were really rude, very slow and not very attentive to the state and setting of the ski equipment, ultimately it felt like an unprofessional environment. Except for one of the employees who was very helpful towards us, but I don't think I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Top al passo del Tonale. Cortesia, velocità, prezzo ottimo. Ci hanno fatto uno sconto per la convenzione con l'hotel e hanno cambiato gli scarponi che mi andavano scomodi. Una spanna sopra gli altri noleggi della zona!!
The Top at the Tonale pass. Courtesy, speed, great price. They gave us a discount for the agreement with the hotel and changed the boots that were uncomfortable for me. A cut above the other rentals in the area !!
