★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say 4 star is the average between my experience with the teachers (excellent) and with the staff and organisation of the school (bad).
We were lucky to meet very patient, empathetic and professional teachers, who changed our snow experience for the better. A very special thank you to teachers like Andrea, Mauro, Fiorella and Ervin.
Yet the staff tends to be un-accomodating. They do not care if you have special needs or requests and made me feel like I was just another wallet to squeeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent week of group lessons with Mauro. I also spent a few days with Evelin who provided useful guidance and excellent tuition. Private lessons with Mauro and Maria were also excellent despite the adverse weather.
Sadly the second week of ski school was of no benefit as the "lessons" were little more than a tour of the area with little or no instruction offered.

We were beginners with only 1 day of experience from an indoor snow centre in the UK. The teacher (Sergio) was very friendly and was very good at catering for all within the group (7ppl).
We had one day with poor conditions and Sergio appropriately adjusted the lesson to accommodate for the conditions without us loosing out on any learning time.
We would definitely recommend this school for any beginner snowboarders. If we ever return to Passo Tonale we will definitely be booking lessons with this school again.
