Ski emotion è riuscita a soddisfare le richieste di tutti venendoci incontro ad orari e spostamenti non sempre concordati Un ringraziamento particolare ai maestri di sci bravi pazienti ed allegri i quali hanno fatto trascorrere una bella vacanza a grandi e piccini? Consigliatissimo For years now I have been relying on ski emotion for my and my son's ski lessons, as well as for the rental of equipment. I can only underline the extreme courtesy and availability of Mauro and his team of teachers and collaborators both from the didactic point of view and as regards the various requests that I have submitted to him over the years. Ma soprattutto un grazie particolare al mio maestro preferito Mauro che, con mooolta pazienza, ha saputo mettermi a mio agio, mi ha aiutato a vincere la paura e mi ha fatto riappassionare allo sci. L	Luigi Carlo Turco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa attenzione al cliente , assenza di flessibilità nella gestione delle prenotazioni, impossibilità di avere continuità con lo stesso maestro. Spesso non rispondono al telefono con la necessità di “chattare” via mail . In seguito ad infortunio personale obiettivabile dal punto di vista medico , non c’è stato alcun interesse a gestire in maniera amichevole la prenotazione di 2 ore di lezione in orario a mio avviso facilmente rimpiazzabile . La mia personale percezione di scarsa professionalità del personale di segreteria, ha raggiunto il culmine quando la segretaria ha interrotto la chiamata di lamentele. Non sono stato neanche più richiamato in merito (tuttavia sono stato richiamato più volte quando c’era l’interesse di confermare le lezioni e ricevere il bonifico per le lezioni in toto, diversi giorni prima ). Estremamente deluso, sconsiglio vivamente la scuola. In merito alla risposa del Titolare di seguito , ci tengo a rispondere che lo stare seduto su una panca all’uscita della seggiovia sofferente ed al freddo, mentre gli altri della compagnia sciano, non è certo un passatempo. Non trovo neanche sia una scelta conveniente non fare le lezioni prenotate e perderle, se non per reali motivi. Non credo in fine che “le vostre spie” abbiano la competenza per capire le condizioni fisiche e di salute di una persona. Often they do not answer the phone with the need to "chat" via email. Following a medically objectionable personal injury, there was no interest in managing in a friendly manner the booking of 2 hours of lessons on time in my opinion easily replaceable. My personal perception of the secretarial staff's lack of professionalism peaked when the secretary cut off the complaints call. I have not even been called back about it (however I was called back several times when there was an interest in confirming the lessons and receiving the transfer for the lessons in full, several days before). Extremely disappointed, I strongly advise against school. With regard to the response of the owner below, I would like to reply that sitting on a bench at the exit of the chairlift suffering and in the cold, while the others in the company are skiing, is certainly not a pastime. I also don't find it a convenient choice not to take the booked lessons and lose them, if not for real reasons. Finally, I do not believe that "your spies" have the competence to understand a person's physical and health conditions. Friendliness

Noleggio con materiale veramente buono, tre paia di sci in ottime condizioni per un prezzo in linea con l’alta stagione post-pandemico Per quanto riguarda le lezioni di sci, Luca e Greta sono stati gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Molto validi dal punto di vista didattico, con tecniche diverse ma complementari hanno reso le lezioni divertenti ed efficaci Grazie mille! Esperienza positiva fin dalla prenotazione, molta chiarezza per orari, tipi di corsi (individuali o collettivi) e prezzi. Ho chiesto e ottenuto di avere sempre lo stesso maestro per ben 4 giorni (2 ore al giorno) e sono stato accontentato (con l'eccezione del primo giorno). Gestione via mail e telefono con Vanessa molto disponibile, cortese ed efficiente. Maestra Greta (prima lezione) molto accogliente con mia figlia, ha avuto pazienza e ha saputo infonderle sicurezza ed entusiasmo. Maestro Mauro (successive 3 lezioni) molto bravo nel dosare suggerimenti e complimenti alla bambina, ha saputo darle coraggio e gioia di sciare. Ripeto: sono molto soddisfatto del trattamento e del risultato ottenuto! Consiglio vivamente la scuola! I am very satisfied with the treatment and the result obtained! Positive experience right from the booking, a lot of clarity for timetables, types of courses (individual or group) and prices. I asked and obtained to always have the same teacher for 4 days (2 hours a day) and I was satisfied (with the exception of the first day). Management via email and telephone with Vanessa very helpful, courteous and efficient. Teacher Greta (first lesson) very welcoming to my daughter, she had patience and was able to give her confidence and enthusiasm. Maestro Mauro (following 3 lessons) very good at dosing suggestions and compliments to the child, he was able to give her courage and joy to ski. I repeat: I am very satisfied with the treatment and the result obtained! I highly recommend the school!
