★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dietro la storia ed il nome di una grande scuola sci c’è la totale e completa disorganizzazione. Non sono in grado di gestire la mole di bambini iscritti. Al punto di raccolta a predalago non c’erano tutti gli istruttori ed i pochi presenti non riuscivano a indirizzare i bimbi che erano lasciati in balia del caso, quindi ogni mattina abbiamo dovuto aiutarli a portare i bambini in cima all’impianto e poi allo spiazzo di fronte alla baita dove li smistavano. Nella prima discesa fino alla baita nessuno seguiva i bambini anche se erano alla prima esperienza sugli sci. I gruppi praticamente sono sempre partiti con 15 minuti di ritardo per disorganizzazione nel dividere i ragazzi (tutti i giorni non solo il primo) o ritardo dei maestri. All’arrivo se i genitori facevano un ritardo di 10 minuti ritrovavano i bambini soli. Assurdo dopo 3 giorni di scuola sentirsi chiedere dal maestro di un gruppo di 5 bambini piccoli “lui sta con me?”. Mai più.
Behind the history and name of a great ski school there is total and complete disorganization. I am unable to handle the large number of children enrolled. At the meeting point in pre-lake there were not all the instructors and the few present could not address the children who were left at the mercy of chance, so every morning we had to help them take the children to the top of the plant and then to the clearing in front of the hut where they sorted them. On the first descent to the hut, no one followed the children even if they were their first skiing experience. The groups have practically always left 15 minutes late due to disorganization in dividing the children (every day, not just the first) or the teachers are late. Upon arrival, if the parents were 10 minutes late, they would find the children alone. Absurd after 3 days of school to be asked by the teacher of a group of 5 small children "is he with me?". Never again.

Prima con il noleggio: confuso, disorganizzato e molto superficiale.
Secondo con le lezioni (di gruppo per figli 9 e 12 anni): purtroppo uno dei 2 maestri (Samuele) era sempre in ritardo di 10/15 minuti e oltre a non recuperare mai il ritardo iniziale, lasciava i bimbi a se stessi senza insegnargli nulla. Non chiedevo tanto da una lezione di gruppo ma neppure l'indifferenza totale. Abbiamo già avuto diverse esperienze con lezioni di questo tipo, ma questa è sicuramente stata
la peggiore.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it !!
First with the rental: confused, disorganized and very superficial.
Second with the lessons (group for children 9 and 12 years): unfortunately one of the 2 teachers (Samuele) was always 10/15 minutes late and in addition to never catching up on the initial delay, he left the children to themselves without teaching them nothing. I didn't ask for much from a group lesson but neither was total indifference. We have already had several experiences with lessons of this type, but this has certainly been
the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza eccezionale. ho girato molte scuole sci di campiglio, ma la scuola sci 5 laghi è stata decisamente la migliore. in quattro giorni sono migliorata tantissimo e ringrazio i maestri matteo e agostino per la loro pazienza e i loro incoraggiamenti. maestri simpatici, alla mano e sempre puntuali. punti bonus perché molti maestri della scuola sci sono veramente belli.
exceptional experience. I went to many ski schools in Campiglio, but the 5 Laghi ski school was definitely the best. in four days I improved a lot and I thank the masters matteo and agostino for their patience and their encouragement. friendly, easygoing and always punctual teachers. bonus points because many of the ski school instructors are really beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata molto bene, tutto il personale è gentilissimo; dal proprietario, i ragazzi del nolo, gli autisti e gli insegnanti.
Ho avuto una piccola difficoltà, non mi sentivo sicura nello sciare e non mi sono trovata con il mio insegnate di sci ? ma ho fatto notare alla scuola il mio problema e mi hanno subito aiutato.
Stessa cosa vale per i pulmini, data la mole di persone iscritte, a volte c’è stata difficoltà a raggiungere velocemente i punti di ritrovo. Ma gli autisti sono stati sempre cordiali e pronti ad aiutarci.
I found myself very well, all the staff are very kind; from the owner, the freight boys, the drivers and the teachers.
I had a little difficulty, I didn't feel safe skiing and I didn't find myself with my ski instructor ? but I pointed out my problem to the school and they immediately helped me.
The same thing goes for the minibuses, given the amount of people registered, sometimes there was difficulty in quickly reaching the meeting points. But the drivers were always friendly and ready to help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto delusa da questa scuola. Settimane prima dall'arrivo prendo accordi via email che al mio arrivo non vengono rispettati.
La prima lezione di gruppo viene fatta da Fabrizio che ci ha seguito in maniera superficiale stando la maggior parte del tempo al telefono perdendoci di vista.. così lo potevo fare anche io l'istruttore sci. Arriva in ritardo e se ne va in anticipo..se avessi guardato dei tutorial su you tube avrei imparato di più.
Il signore del noleggio(quello più vecchio dei due) molto maleducato. Prima volta sullo snowboard vado a prendere il materiale e alla mia richiesta di aiuto sbuffa dicendo "che pazienza"...stessa simpatia degli animatori della "parolaccia" a Roma. In più mi monta lo snowboard al contrario e l'istruttore snowboard prima durante la lezione me li sistema facendomi perdere 20 Min della prima lezione. Consiglio corso di aggiornamento su gentilezza e puntualità.

Very disappointed with this school. Weeks before arrival I make arrangements via email which are not respected upon my arrival.
The first group lesson is made by Fabrizio who followed us in a superficial way, staying most of the time on the phone, losing sight of us .. so I could do it too, the ski instructor. He arrives late and leaves early .. if I had watched some tutorials on you tube I would have learned more.
The rental gentleman (the older one of the two) very rude. First time on the snowboard I go to get the material and at my request for help he snorts saying "what patience" ... same sympathy of the animators of the "swear word" in Rome. In addition, I mount my snowboard in reverse and the snowboard instructor before the lesson fixes them for me, making me lose 20 Min of the first lesson. I recommend a refresher course on kindness and punctuality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato a Madonna di Campiglio per una settimana e ho usufruito dei servizi scuola sci e noleggio presso questa scuola.
Partendo dal servizio di noleggio attrezzatura sono stato pienamente soddisfatto (preciso che io scio da tanti anni mentre la mia ragazza era alla sua prima settimana bianca). Gli sci e gli scarponi forniti erano di ottima qualità e tenuti in maniera impeccabile. Inoltre nota di merito per la grande professionalità nel consigliare l'attrezzatura in rapporto al livello di esperienza.
Per quanto concerne la scuola sci il maestro Gilberto (Gil) è stato davvero professionale, simpaticissimo e davvero disponibile.
Ha fatto in modo che la mia fidanzata amasse questo sport e l'ha portata a sciare a sci paralleli (quasi in conduzione) nell'arco di appena una settimana.
Ha inoltre dato qualche dritta anche a me per aiutarmi a correggere alcuni difetti posturali che mi avevano sempre penalizzato notevolmente nella tecnica.
Sicuramente la 5 Laghi diventerà un punto di riferimento per tutte le prossime settimane bianche a Madonna di Campiglio!
I stayed in Madonna di Campiglio for a week and used the ski school and rental services at this school.
Starting from the equipment rental service I was fully satisfied (I specify that I have been skiing for many years while my girlfriend was in her first ski week). The skis and boots provided were of excellent quality and impeccably maintained. Also note of merit for the great professionalism in advising the equipment in relation to the level of experience.
As far as the ski school is concerned, the master Gilberto (Gil) was really professional, very nice and really helpful.
He made my girlfriend love this sport and took her to parallel ski (almost run) in just a week.
He also gave me some tips to help me correct some postural defects that had always penalized me considerably in the technique.
Surely the 5 Laghi will become a reference point for all the next white weeks in Madonna di Campiglio!
