★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto male: dal numero degli scarponi, che non avevano il mio, agli attacchi sullo snow, non si sono presi neanche 2 minuti per regolari un attimo. Ragazze (commesse) simpatiche, gestori no.
All bad: from the number of boots, which did not have mine, to the bindings on the snow, they didn't even take 2 minutes for a regular moment. Nice (shop assistants) girls, no managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono vent'anni che scio e non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere.
Maleducati, indisponenti e incompetenti.
Prodotti vecchi, rovinati e nonostante abbia riportato gli sci la mattina alle 9, mi hanno fatto pagare un giorno in più rispetto a quello pattuito e utilizzato.
Madonna di Campiglio non merita questi commercianti che fanno SCAPPARE i turisti.
MEGLIO NOLEGGIARE AL CENTRO DEL PAESE, dove le strutture sono nuove ed eleganti.
BRUTTISSIMA ESPERIENZA, NON ANDATECI
I have been skiing for twenty years and such a thing had never happened to me.
Rude, abrupt and incompetent.
Old products, damaged and despite having brought back the skis in the morning at 9, they made me pay one day more than the one agreed and used.
Madonna di Campiglio does not deserve these traders who make the tourists ESCAPE.
BETTER TO RENT IN THE CENTER OF THE COUNTRY, where the structures are new and elegant.
BAD EXPERIENCE, DON'T GO THERE

Avendo chiesto di fare solo sciolina e sottolineato di non tirate le lamine, non mi sembra corretto aver forzato la mano senza preavviso con 30€ che correttamente, ho ricordato di mettere nel conteggio finale nonostante la dimenticanza e inoltre mi sono visto chiedere altri 5€ per adattare gli sci ad un nuovo scarpone. Il tutto condito da arroganza e zero accoglienza dalla persona che mi ha servito (proprietaria?)
Intanto mi ha fatto anche passare la voglia di noleggiare qualche nuovo sci per la mia permanenza ?♂️
Ah, tanto per precisare, il sangue che le dava tanta noia sugli scarponi, era della ragazza (gentile) che purtroppo sì è tagliata staccando gli sci…
Insomma credo ci sia bisogno di un po’ di saper fare e di un bel sorriso. Quella maleducazione è già segnalata in alcune recensioni… largo al personale sorridente!!!

What a pity!
Having asked to wax only and stressed not to pull the edges, it does not seem correct to have forced the hand without warning with 30 € that correctly, I remembered to put in the final count despite the forgetfulness and also I saw myself ask another 5 € for adapt the skis to a new boot. All seasoned with arrogance and zero welcome from the person who served me (owner?)
Meanwhile, it also made me want to rent some new skis for my stay ?♂️
Ah, just to clarify, the blood that bothered her so much on her boots, was that of the (kind) girl who unfortunately got cut off by taking off her skis ...
In short, I think you need a little know-how and a nice smile. That rudeness is already reported in some reviews… off to the smiling staff !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato due paia di sci d'alpinismo comprensivi di pelli di foca con scarponi, il prezzo è stato di 30 € + 15 € per le calzature. L'attrezzatura è di buona qualità, le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono gentili e disponibili. Unico appunto abbiamo dovuto fare le corse per la restituzione, perchè chiudono abbastanza presto, alle 17, quindi calculate bene i tempi!
We rented two pairs of touring skis including sealskins with boots, the price was € 30 + € 15 for footwear. The equipment is of good quality, the girls who served us are nice and helpful. Only note we had to do the races for the return, because they close quite early, at 17, so calculate the times well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented skis and boots for 3 days one afternoon. Fell sick during the night and went to return the equipment next morning. Could not and did not ski. When asked for a refund (at least for 2 days) they refused demanding a medical certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented for the week from here in January 2022, two sets of skis and one boots and helmet. The equipment was good quality and the top class skis were worth the extra cost. Although it says they close at 5pm, we found they were open after that both on picking up and returning (c.6pm). When we returned the equipment, my girlfriend didn't have shoes with her so they drove us down the road to our hotel, really excellent service and would highly recommend!
